Surveillance video released by sfpd shows a woman in a stolen gray kia soul driving on to the sidewalk and knocking a van against scaffolding. As officers run toward her, she reverses, refuses to stop, and again drives on to the sidewalk. She reversed a second time and takes off eventually heading south and fifth street. The woman hit two cars at fifth and market, and then two more cars along clara along 5th and 6th. The last crash came after she went the wrong way down clara. The initial to the sidewalk striking a worker and a scaffolding damaging the scaffolding. The worker was later transported to the hospital with nonlife threatening injuries.
