A Riverside County couple pled not guilty to torturing their 13 children. David and Louise Anna Turpin face nearly 40 criminal charges including tortures come adult and child abuse and false imprisonment. Prosecutors say the couple changed their children as punishment. The children ages 2 through 29, were malnourished and living in unsanitary conditions. They were not allowed to shower more than once per year. The 29yearold daughter weighed just 82 pounds.
