For a staff meeting where an employee says hallowell apologized. The 44yearold declined to comment on camera. He referred us to his statement before he drove off. Part of that statement reads, quote, we have come to a reckoning point in the history of male bosses behaving badly and i believe in this reckoning and i stand behind it. I understand that i cannot right the past wrongs and at the same time, i take full responsibility for all of my actions. But hallowell may already be losing some customers. I want to support businesses that support other women and its frustrating to me that things like this that i truly enjoined could be tainted that knowing by supporting him im also supporting a culture that perpetuates the harassment and denigration of women. I think the easy answer would be, like, yes im not going to im going to boycott going to these places . On the other hand, theres a lot of people who work at both these places although dont necessarily have anything to do with the owner right and are, like, relatively innocent and its their livelihoods too so i think theres, like, two sides to that . So we are taking those questions to Law Enforcement to weed out the misnomers about traveling with legal pot. Reporter marijuana enthusiasts are beaming at the thought of lighting up and stocking up on their favorite flower come january 1st but like alcohol, there are levels to this. We are talking about 1. 6 million in street value. Despite the new law, travelers we spoke to still seem skeptical. I think its something that people still have to figure out. Its kind of new to everyone. And thinking about where you are when you have it is something that you havent had to think about before. Reporter uncharted territory is what Law Enforcement calls it saying they really just have to see how things going at this point. I mean, all the years of my career there have been big stories in the nfl and you get used to it. You dont listen to the noise. Its cool to hear about but we have a job on sunday to do and if you get caught up in the noise youll be distracted with no chance. Meantime, the raiders will also be in Southern California. Carson, the carson chargers, providing the opposition. Seems like every week we say, its a mustwin for the raiders to stay alive. At least thats gone away. They must regroup now. Thats the only must in this thing. Going to be an interesting off season for the raiders but in the meantime, one more game to play against the chargers and they can make life miserable for the chargers. I almost said san diego chargers. They can eliminate them and their quarterback derek carr got to give him this he has a positive attitude about things. They got a lot that they are playing for. And we want to go in there and finish the season with a win. You know, you see the team thats, you know, first place and all those things that we just played. We are right there as ugly as it was, to try to get a win so i love going out there and playing against some of the best players and, you know, going out there with your teammates and playing as hard as you can. The next couple of weeks beer to get bowled over. Stanford right now playing tcu in the alamobowl. The military bowl, virginia opening kickoff its virginia joes runrun reed going 98 yards for the touchdown. But the interesting thing, virginia never scored again. That was it for them. They got run over literally by navys quarterbacks. Call them runrun. Perry 22 yards and a touchdown. He is their first string quarterback. He got injured. He scored a couple of touchdowns and then the Second String guy scored five touchdowns but heres the incredible thing. Navy ran the ball 76 times for 452 yards and they threw only one pass as they won 497. All running games. Thank you. Good night. Thank you very much. Thanks. Leonard that is unbelievable. Good for bert. Damn, the macarthur genius grant. Couldnt have happened to a nicer guy. Everything is stupid and i want to go home. Thats sheldons way of saying hes proud of bert, too. Ah. Hey, its not even called the genius grant, its the macarthur fellowship. Just like its not frankenstein, its frankensteins monster. Which brings us back to that hulking simpleton over there. And if anyones a genius, its me for the way i brought that full circle. How much money did he win . Over half a million dollars. Wow. And he doesnt have to use it for research, he can do whatever he wants with it. Oh, good, maybe he can build a nicer bridge to live under. Here he comes. Right. Be polite. I know how to behave. Do you . Hey, congratulations bert yeah, good for you. Thats amazing. Thanks. I was as surprised as anybody. When they called and told me i won, i didnt believe them
