There could be a few showers especially to the north. Clouds are on the increase and they are coming off whats Tropical Storm guillermo sending in a lot of cloud cover. A Homicide Investigation is underway in hayward. Allie rasmus is live at the scene with what you have learned. Reporter Hayward Police just released this information. Heres what they told us about what happened here morningside was the scene of this overnight Homicide Investigation. Around 1 00 this morning, a man and a woman were walking in this area. This is the intersection were talking about. At some point, a group of other men confronted them, approached them, there was some sort of words exchanged or confrontation. One of the men shot the man who had been walking here with the woman. That man died from his injuries here at the scene. We dont know anything more about the identity of the victim. What key can tell you we can tell you is that Hayward Police closed off streets and started to investigate. Crime scene investigators were here at the scene. The area around morningside and arf was closed off. This is near mount eden high school. We spoke to several neighbors who had to be let out of the crimescene protected area one by one. Many said they heard the gunshots. They were loud enough to wake them up around 1 00 this morning. I was walking out by the woken up by the gunshots. Reporter you did hear them . Yes. Reporter how many . About five. Reporter how close to your house . I think it was like outside in the street. We thought this was a safe neighborhood. I guess its not a safe neighborhood. Reporter a lot of neighbors sort of echoed the same thing, that this is not an area that they would expect to hear gunshots but they would expect to that they would expect to see or hear Something Like this happen. Hayward police are not saying anything more about the victim. They said the group of men who are suspected of shoosting the young man shooting the young man took off in some sort of silver suv but police have not made any arrests or put out information about a specific type of vehicle or license plate they are looking for. I think they are trying to gather more information on this investigation. Investigators left the scene here a short time ago and im sure they are continuing to work it over at the department. Gasia . Allie rasmus, thank you. San Francisco Police are investigating a shooting that killed a 19yearold woman and injured two others. This happened saturday night about 11 00 on buchanan street in the western ed addition neighbor Western Addition neighborhood. Police dont the girl was the target of the shooting. One the people injured, was a 16yearold girl. So far no arrests have been made. Here is the latest on the big rocky fire cooler temperatures and higher humidity, which steve has been telling you about, its helping the firefighters battle those huge flames in lake county. The rocky fire has grown to 65,000 acres. Its only 12 contained. 24 homes have burned. More than 6300 more are threatened. Yesterday firefighters focused on spot fires that jumped highway 20. This fire is very intense. Brian flores keepingage eye on the fire. Brian will have a live report coming up at 7 30. In sunnyvale, a split second decision by two sheriffs deputies probably saved a mans life. He was dramatically rescued on the caltrain tracks. It was caught on video and you have to see it. Reporter yeah, dave, just imagine seeing a car with a person inside stopped on the tracks and then you look up and you see a train coming. Well, that was the situation out here at the mary avenue crossing near evelyn. A witness caught it on video. You see the train crashing into the vehicle and a San Mateo County sheriffs deputy pull the driver to safety with seconds to spare. It all happened at 6 30 last night. Two deputies were on patrol responding to a call nearby when they stumbled upon a car that had crashed into the crossing gate. A sheriffs spokesman tells us that the air bag had already been deployed and a man inside had already been impaired. One deputy ran down the tracks to slow down the train while the other helped the man. Saw the train down there and i knew i had to at least a short time to deal with the driver in the car. At that point, had to tray to stop the train. Thes are highly trained skilled Law Enforcement personnel who have specialized training that not only allow them to safely remove potential accident victims from our tracks but in the last year, they also removed more than 40 people who were expressing suicidal thoughts from our tracks preventing further tragedy. Reporter i believe we have a picture that caltrain tweeted of deputies rupel and witten. They are being called heroes for their actions. This crash is under investigation. The Sheriffs Department says it appears the driver was under the influence. But thats not confirmed. He was taken to the hospital for minor injuries. This accident did cause some delays but both tracks reopened for service just before 8 00 last night. Crews were out earlier this morning repairing the damaged crossing gate but they finished about a halfhour ago. The northbound lane of mary avenue is back open to vehicle traffic out here. Investigators say 21yearold westbrook was in her car on benicia road just outside of the vallejo city limits. Someone shots. Show was hit a. Youngly day was sitting in her car and a young man shot her to death at point blank range. Did he walk up to her . He was there standing next to the car and he killed her and then he walked to his car and drove away. Her family told us miss westbrook was on her way to work at Richmond Kaiser where her mother works. Investigators say that gunman drove away in a blue or silver sedan. If you have any information, call the Solano County Sheriffs Office. 7 10. Right now, theres not enough money to properly take care of San Francisco parks. The chronicle reports that spending on Park Maintenance has dropped from over 2 of the citys budget to 1. 2 . The property tax funds passed 15 years ago to supplement the budget has not kept pace. They say the rec and Park Department has a backlog of more than 5,000 maintenance requests. The first day of San Francisco in two two weeks away but the district is scrambling to find another teachers. San francisco unified is looking to fill more than 50 teaching jobs. The Teachers Union says its becoming more and more difficult to attract new teachers and keep the existing ones because of the pay and the cost of living in the city. The average salary for a teacher is less than 70,000 a year. Among younger teachers, its their number one concern. They say i i hear it all of the time. I wont be able to stay on the district if i cant find a place to live. The School District says another problem is Newer College students are pursuing teaching careers. A man accused of shooting and killing a Police Officer in tennessee has turned himself in. There had been an intense manhunt for 29yearold tremaine wilbourn. Hes accused of shooting officer sean bolton in memphis saturday night during a traffic stop. Police say officer bolton interrupted a drug deal. Two days, police were searching for him. We were always one step behind him or one step ahead of him. I. I think he felt the walls closing in on him and thought it best to turn himself on. Tremaine wilbourn was on probation for a bank robbery. Hes expected to make a Court Appearance today to be charged with firstdegree murder. There will be a vigil for scott lunger. He was the officer shot and killed two weeks ago. The organization Fallen Heroes are putting together a fund raiser at famous daves barbecue restaurant. Restaurant is donating 35 of all treeds for a trust fund to a trust fund for the lunger family. The city will make sure light posts are safe after one came crashing down on a car. We shared the pictures with you yesterday. The Officials Say rust at the base caused it to collapse. City leaders say dogs using the light pole to relieve themselves likely contributed to that. I is getting a little bit slow now. Northbound 101, especially from 280 up to the airport. It is slightly better than normal, though, these last few days. These are the days before School Starts so you will see maybe a couple of days where some of these commutes arent gonna be as deep as maybe on a september morning. 7 17. Lets go to steve. You cant get the lows to cool down unless you are seeing those upper 40s or 50s. Were not seeing that. There is a lot of warm water out here in the pacific. It continues to work its way north. Yet the firefighters are getting great news because its so cool. Upper 40s and 50s and the humidity is very high. Upper 80s. 86 , lower lake. 90 for kellvy still. The cloud cover is on the increase. I think we go not only partly cloudy, cloudy to mostly cloudy. This low is backtracking. It will be fear on friday. It looks stronger than the one we have right there. It will move to the north of the islands and weaken. It will go down to 45 miles an hour the past few days. Look for a lot of cloud cover. There could be a few isolated showers. A hotel in the south bay is showing off its newest staff member. Its a robot named dash. Its right at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in milpitas. Here it is. Three feet tall. Dash made sure hotel guests have everything they need. Dash can navigate between floors quickly deliver snacks, a toothbrush and other amenities. Employees at the hotel say this robot is very helpful. The robot has been working fantastic. The employees, they think of as a colleague, thats helping them during their busy times. Everybody is saying its been warm especially on the coast and the water temps are so warm. We do have mostly sunny to partly cloudy skies. But the cloud cover is on the increase. This is chad from the excels yoerl district with a pretty picture. Beautiful sunrise over the district and sf clear and warm. Whats going on at sf . Well, the lows are staying really warm in the 60s because the water temps are so warm. Yet there are cool lows especially to the north. 40s and 50s a lot of cloud cover on the way. Humidity is up, up, up. Lows are bouncing off some of the lows. We did have upper 40s and 50s. Were getting mid50s. It will be a mostly cloudy day. The humidity is high. Some sun in the morning but a lot of cloud cover. There is a low wrapping up right there. Thats tapping into moisture. Some sun if you have to do something, i would do it in the morning. I think by this afternoon, we go cloudy to mostly cloudy. There could be light rain. We dont want the thunderstorms. But well take the rain. 60s, 70s. Mild around the bay. Upper 70s, 80 inland. Trying to get into San Francisco, the backup at the bay bridge has not been that deep but when you get there, definitely waiting for 20 minutes unless you are one of the carpool lane people. Once you make it onto the span, it looks okay getting into San Francisco. 880 northbound is still looking good from the coliseum up to downtown oakland. No major problems on southbound 880 passing highway 92. As we look at the south bay commute, 101 is filled in from about 280 solid into sunnyvale. As we look at the nimitz freeway, we have slowing between 92. Thats the slowest part all the way down to about stevenson and fremont. At 7 31. Back to the desk. We have new information coming in right now from oakland about a shooting last night near the Oakland Airport hilton, weve learned the shooting involves a sheriffs deputy. Alex savidge is live in oakland. Youve been out there since 4 00 this morning. What are the police saying about this. Reporter well, good morning to you. A Contra Costa County sheriffs deputy opened fire on a man who had a warrant out for his arrest last night and investigators say the deputy shot this man after the man apparently pulled a gun during some sort of altercation. It happened around 10 30 in the parking lot in the Oakland Airport hill on. Sheriff Contra Costa County deputies came here to the hotel to serve a subpoena and a warrant on a man. When they caught up with him, there was some sort of a struggle and the man with the warrant then pulled a gun. Investigators say thats when one deputy shot the man. He was taken to highland hospital. Weve not been given an update on his condition. The man shot is not being identified. Investigators are not saying why he had a warrant. Oakland police are the lead Investigative Agency here but weve reached out to the Contra Costa County sheriff Avenue Office for a comment Sheriffs Office for a comment. They said we need to speak with the District Attorneys Office. Were in the process of trying to reach someone with the d. A. s office. No luck. But we can tell you that weve confirmed that a Contra Costa County sheriffs deputy shot and wounded a man in the parking lot of the Oakland Airport hilton hotel last night. A man who had a warrant out for his arrest. Dave, back to you. Okay, alex. New information. Well keep checking back with you. Thank you. This was the Second Police shooting in oakland in two days. Early yesterday morning we told you about an Oakland Police sergeant shot in the hip. Hes expected to recover. This happened outside of a home on Martin Luther king, junior way. That sergeant and another officer went to the home to question a 49yearold man about a sexual assault. Investigators say before police even had a chance to talk to him, that man came outside and started shooting with an assault rifle. They say that gun was equipped with an extended 30round magazine. The two Police Officers fired back, hitting the man who died later at the hospital. 7 34. The rocky fire up in the clearlake area has now burned through more than 100 square miles. Thats an area thats about the size of the city of fresno. Brian is back now to talk to us more about the rocky fire. Crews are making very slow progress here. Reporter progress is the key word. Can you believe this . 00 square miles, 65,000 acres. This fire is huge. Weve been talking about the conditions out there, really prime for this type of fire because of the dry conditions of the drought. Veg takes thats dense. Steep hillside making it difficult for fire crews to get containment numbers out there. The rocky fire overnight went in a northeasterly direction. It crossed portions of highway 20. Over00 acres burned in the walker ridge area. But crews were able to keep it at that. Much cooler temperatures, higher humidity expected today. Two factors we hope will help. You recall last week temperatures were in the triple digits. Were approaching one week for the firefighters right now fire crews grew another 3,000 acres overnight. As we mentioned 65,000 acres, remains 12 containment. People we spoke with they are scared they will lose their homes. All of us are worried but theres nothing we can do. So we chat and meet each other. Some of us have lived close to each other for years and never net and now we are. I dont know. Were all a little frustrated. We dont many of us dont think we probably needed to go last night. Well, calfire says the same Evacuation Order issued last night remain in place. They are estimating around 6900 homes remain threatened in an area near clearlake called spring valley. So far, 24 homes have burned. 13,000 people have been evacuated. Now, firefighters today will be working aggressively to build control lines and guys this is one of 20 fires burning throughout the state. Were only in the month of august. Brian, thank you. The rocky fire reminding a lot of people, one of the worse wildfires, it was called the fork fire. It burned in august of 1996. It started near upper lake and burned all the way to Indian Valley reservoir. 7 36. The ceo and a project manager of a fremont Construction Company were each sentenced to two years in jail for the death in 2012 of a carpenter at a construction site in milpitas. The Santa Clara County judge handed down the minimum sentence on Involuntary Manslaughter charges to the two. A carpenter died after being purrried by a wall of dirt where the company was building a mansion. That happened three days after City Building inspectors red tagged that project after heavy rains. Well, someone in San Francisco is posting signs around russian hill warning that women are being assaulted in that area. Take a look the. The word rapist is right at the top of the flier posted at hyde and leavenworth and some other nearby intersections. Police are investigating a series of groping incidents in the area going back to february but they have not confirmed rapes. There is a couple of people who have reported that there has opinion a man hang out who is kind of grabbing women from behind at night. Since the victims havent been able to get a good look at the attacker, san Francisco Police only have a vague description, a man in miss 20s and 30s. Police patrols have increased in the area. Block parties will be held around the bay area as people take a stand against crime. Its all part of National Nightout. An opportunity for neighbors to meet and get to know each other. The goal is economy better prevent crimes. Officers from Police Departments plan to visit block parties in their cities. There are a lot of questions about how a Special Olympics athlete from albania who was supposed to be completes in los angeles competing in los angeles wound up in hayward. He walked into the Hayward Police headquarters early yesterday morning. Police say he was hungry. He was confused but otherwise, he was okay. Now he went missing on saturday night at a Special Olympics event at the university of Southern California in los angeles. The details of how he came north are still a mystery. We really dont know. Theres been hes spoken to a brother who said that he had taken a bus to the here in Northern California but as far as where he boarded the bus, what bus he was, you know, on, we have no idea. A Special Olympics staff member traveled to hayward to help get him on a flight back to albania. Hours after he was found in hayward, a 15yearold Special Olympics athlete from the ivory coast went missing in Southern California. Hes a table tennis player. Went missing from l. A. X. He was found yesterday afternoon in inglewood. Hes said to be doing okay. Its a first in the history of puerto rico. The u. S. Territory defaulted on the debt. Police are calling it an attempted homeinvasion robbery. The suspects used a disguise to try to get away with it. Detectives are looking for three men, they released this composite sketch of one of the suspects but unfortunately, the other two were Wearing Masks at the time of the attempted robbery so the family could not get much of a description. But heres what happened on suzanne drive at around 9 45 sunday night, a 19yearold woman opened the door to find a man who identified himself as a pizza deliveryman. Two other men standing by when she told them she didnt order a pizza and tried to shut the door, he forced his way past her. He forced his way in and was immediately followed by two suspects Wearing Masks. One had a semiautomatic handgun. The other had a knife. When the young womans mother and a father confronted the suspects, the men took off running. We just talked to the Palo Alto Police department, detectives believe the family was targeted. They cannot say why at this point because that could compromise the investigation. The investigator also told us that they are looking at Surveillance Video from neighbors but what they have right now is not really clear enough to release to us to be able show our viewers. They will look through that. Hopefully well get clearer video. Theres cameras everywhere. Hopefully we will get something. There were two younger children in the house as well at the time. Airports across the country on high alert after several bites reported seeing drones flying very close to their planes. There have been three incidents at new yorks j. F. K. Airport in recent days. One on sunday, two on friday. Pilots from delta, jetblue and Shuttle America all reported seeing drones as they were approaching the runway. Now, faa rules dont apply drones to be flown within five miles of an airport or above 400 feet in order to avoid collisions with airplanes. Thats whats heading over us today and getting tapped this by the low. It will move and rapid raply rapidly weaken. High and midlevel clouds are on the increase. The water temps are so warm. Mid60s for some. 50s for others. The water temperatures are getting very warm. 64 San Francisco buoy. 64 monterey. Half moon bay, 63. Which is why the coastal locations and in the city have been warm. The humidity up, up, up and the lows were way down. They are starting to warm up pretty fast. We had a few upper 40s, low 50s. Now its 50s getting close to 60. The good news, i think they go mostly cloudy. There could be a little rain from that system. The cloud cover is on the way. If you need to do something, i would do it in the morning. That looks like the best bet for sunday. Very mild temps by the coast. The sudden change in weather that caused a tent to collapse on the crowd. Two people are dead. At least 22 others were hurt when a circus tent in lancaster, New Hampshire collapsed during a severe storm. It happened last night at the lancaster fairgrounds. About 90 miles north of the state capital in concord. Of two the first of two shows started when it collapsed. People say it was sunny and clear outside when they went in but that storm came out of nowhere. Winds of 60 miles an hour swept through the area. Were waiting on confirmation that a piece of an airplane wing found on an island in the indian ocean is from flight 370 from the malaysian airplane. At 8 02, back to the desk. Police in hayward investigating a homicide in a normally quiet neighborhood. Allie rasmus is live at the scene. Lets start with what police are telling you about the suspects here. Reporter well, the information we have on the suspects so far is pretty vague. We know police are looking for a group of men, they believe a group someone in the group was responsible for the shooting. But the suspect descriptions they have put out are pretty vague. What we know is that they got away in a silver suv. Thats according to police. Apparently that is the getaway vehicle. This all happened around 1 00 this morning. Morningside and arf in hayward. Thats where were at. Before investigators left we did see investigators going through the area with what looked like a metal detector possibly looking for shell casings and other evidence. At 1 00, a man and woman walking through this area were confronted by a group of men. Theres some sort of altercation or confrontation, some sort of words exchanged and then neighbors describedder aing four to five shoots. The man walking with the woman was injured. He died at the scene from those injuries. And again, police said that the group of men took off in a silver suv. Now, we spent a lot of time talking to some neighborhoods who say they were pretty su surprised to walk pretty surprised to walk out of their doors and find this scene. Several said they did hear gunshots early this morning. Before 1 00 around four shots. We thought it was the fireworks. I just woke up when the when all of the Police Lights reflection in my room. Reporter we have no information on the victim. Police are not telling us much about him. Theyve not made any arrests. There isnt much of a suspect description other than the fact that Police Believe theres someone in a Group Responsible for this shooting and that the group then took off in a silver suv. Police want to get the word out to anyone in the community who may have seen or heard anything. 1 00 near morningside and arf. Again, show you where that is. Its about a block away. Were about a block west of his per yub boulevard and hess hesperian boulevard. Police are hoping someone else may have heard or seen something so they can find the people responsible. San Francisco Police investigating a shooting that killed a 19yearold woman and injured two other people. This happened saturday night at about 11 00 on buchanan street in the western edition. Police dont think that the girl was the intended target. One of the people injured was a 16yearold girl. No arrests have been made this morning. Tragic story. The Solano County Sheriffs Office has told us the name of a young woman killed near vallejo yesterday morning in a brazen shooting. Investigators say 21yearold westbrook was in her car on benicia road just outside of the vallejo city limits. Someone fired shots. Miss he westbrook was hit miss westbrook was hit and her car crashed into a light pole. We talked to a witness who did not want to be identified. A young woman was sitting in her car. A young man shot her to death at point blank range. Did he walk up to her or he was there standing next to the car and he killed her. And then he walked to his car and drove away. Her family told us miss westbrook was on her way to work. She worked at Richmond Kaiser. Her mother also worked there. Investigators say the gunman drove away in a blue mor silver sedan or silver sedan. If you have information, call the Solano County Sheriffs Office. The rocky fire grew again overnight. Containment remains the same. The rocky fire is now 65,000 acres and is 12 contained. Calfire says 24 homes have burned. More than 6300 homes are threatened. Yesterday, firefighters focused on sput putting 0 out spot fire put out spot fires. Brian flores is monitoring this. Well have another report at 8 30. Two Sheriff Deputies ricked their own lives to risked their own lives to free a driver. Janine de la vega has more. Reporter this is incredible video. We did speak with one of those deputies involved and these two deputies from the Sheriffs Department, they saw the car stuck on the fairfax behind me on evlib and mary. They saw the man inside. They saw a coming train and didnt hesitate to help. This rescue was caught on cell phone video. You can see the crash and a man getting pulled by the deputy to safety. It happened at 6 30 last night. Those two transit officers from the San Mateo County Sheriffs Office were on their way to another call when they spotted a car is stuck on the tracks. The car crashed into the crossing gate and the driver was still inside. The sheriffs Spokesman Says one deputy ran down the tracks to slow down the train while the other helped pull the man to safety. Saw the train down there. You know, i knew i had at least a short time to deal with the driver in the car. At that point, had to try to stop the train. These deputies did not hesitate. They acted had they not acted, who knows what would have happened . I believe because of their actions this person is alive today. Reporter and here is a fee toe that caltrain photo that caltrain tweeted of the deputies. They are calling them heroes. The big question is why didnt the driver get out of the car himself. Well, the Sheriffs Department says it appears the driver was under interfluns but thats not under the influence. But thats not confirmed yet. He was taken to the hospital for minor injuries. It caused delays but both tracks reopened. Crews were out this morning repairing the damaged crossing gate and were able to complete it before 7 00. So all of the lanes here on mary are open. San francisco unified is still trying to hire 50 more teachers. The Teachers Union says its harder to attract and keep teachers because of the salary and also because of the high cost of living in the city. The average salary is less than 70,000 a year. Among younger teachers. Its the number its their number one concern. They say i hear it all of the time. I wont be able to stay on the district if i cant find a place to live. The School District says another problem is fewer College Students actually want to be teachers. Despite all of the problems, the School District said its confident to fill the teaching jobs before the school year begins. I think they will see temperatures in the 80s today under cloudy conditions. And it would not surprise me if they get rain. An Investigation Underway this morning after a Law Enforcement agent from Contra Costa County shoot as man in the parking lot of the Oakland Airport hilton. Welcome back. 8 30. Were finding out more about a shooting last night near the Oakland Airport hilton hotel. The shooting involves a Contra Costa County investigator with the d. A. s office. Alex savidge has the details. Reporter well, good morning. Were now learning this was an inspector from the Contra Costa County District Attorneys Office who opened fire on a man with a warrant out for his arrest. And investigators say this man was shot after pulling a gun during some sort of an altercation. This happened about 10 30 last night in the parking lot at the Oakland Airport hilton. Now, several members of the Contra Costa County d. A. s office came to the hotel to serve a subpoena and a warrant on a man. When they caught up with him, though, there was some sort of a struggle and the man with the warrant pulled out a gun. Investigators say that is when one inspector shot the man. The man was taken to highland hospital. As of last night, he was listed in crate cal condition. The map shot is not being identified. Veafs are not saying why he had a investigators are not saying why he had a warrant. Oakland police are the lead investigate. But we did reach out to the Contra Costa County Sheriffs Office for a comment of the they told us to speak with the District Attorney Generals Office and were to the District Attorneys Office. Were trying to reach them. A Contra Costa County inspector with the district tones office is the Attorneys Office is the person who opened fire on the man last night leaving him wounded. Back to you. Were finding out more about yesterdays officer involved shooting in oakland. An Oakland Police scar sergeant was shot in the hip. Hes expected to recover. It happened outside of a home on Martin Luther king. The sergeant and another officer went to question a man about a sexual assault. Before they had a chance to talk to them, he came outside and opened fire with an assault rifle. They say that gun had a 30 round magazine. The rocky fire remains at 65,000 acressor just over 100 square miles. Calfire says it did cross portions of highway 20. They say over 100 acres burned in the walker ridge area. Fire crews were able to keep it at that. The fire remains at 1 containment 12 containment. Crews hope to get a jump on containment. Were approaching one week since this fire started. Crews, as you can imagine, are exhausted. They remain steadfast protecting many homes and lives as they can. Its taken its toll. The firefighters, we take care of them very well. They work in shifts and get a shift off. They get time to recover and get wack on the line fresh and back on the line fresh and ready to go. More than 3,000 firefighters are battling the rocky fire. That include 9,000 total battling the 20 other fires burning throughout the stay. Calfire says the same Evacuation Orders issued last night remain in place at this moment. 6900 homes remain threatened in an area called in an area near clearlake called spring valley. 24 homes have burned. 13,000 people have been evacuated so far. Now, last night the fire moved in the northeastern direction. But the fire as weve seen is unpredictable and stubborn. When i spoke with calfire they are urging residents to be ready to go at a moments notice even if you are in an evacuation advisory. Back to you. We also know that school, the start of school is being delayed by one week because of the fire. Some of those campuses being used as evacuation centers. Thats right. You have new information you got from detectives in the past hour here about a very dangerous situation. They are calling it an attempted homeinvasion robbery. We just spoke to Palo Alto Police this morning. There are very disturbing deal tails about this case. Number one, three men considered armed and dangerous are still unaccounted for. Now, detectives released this sketch of one of the suspects. But unfortunately, the other two were Wearing Masks at the time of the attempted robbery so the family could not give much of a description. Other than they are about 62, had muscular build and the other two were wearing all black clothing at the time. This all happened sunday night at about 9 a on suzanne drive in the palo alto orchard neighborhood. Investigators say a couple in their 40s and their three children, ages 19, 11 and 8 were all inside the home when a man came to the door saying he was a pizza deliveryman. The 19yearold who had answerled the door said they did not answered the door said they did not order a pizza. When she tried to shut the door, the three men forced their way into the house. He pushed his way into the home and was immediately followed by two suspects who were Wearing Masks, one of whom was holding a semiautomatic handgun. The other of whom was holding a knife.
