They tweeted authorities believe the fire was deliberately set and one person has been arrested. The browning fire is fueled by winds. Firefighters in Contra Costa County race to put out a grass fire in pittsburg this afternoon. The fire started at 2 30 p. M. This and grew to 37 acres before they managed to contain it.
