I noted was that the prosecution after the case said he showed no remorse at all. And a lot of people start to giggle that that. And so well wait a minute. Didnt give him a chance to show any remorse or to talk. So basically its not a small point. Its not going to reverse this case. Its not going i think have much of fact, id be shocked if the judge after listening hiphop, if he decides to talk whether she reduces that or not, and he still has a state case which could add more prison time to what hes already. Yeah, well, i i when i was a prosecutor a lot of state prosecutor to the case and the federal government had a case they would often times just drop in and say, ok, youve got convicted in state court or vice versa. In this case, theyre not doing that. A lot of people are asking. Well, not double jeopardy. Youre being tried for the same thing is really not because the state has added 4, 5 different counts. One of which is, of course, the attempted murder case and issue is, are elements to for an improving the cases in the state court in the elements are different and federal the south, the whats going on in state court. So i dont think jumper double jeopardy will hold. Cardoza went on to say the judge in that federal case might be worried about the whole case been reversed. And fortunately, we have a hot spot this time on the bay bridge on the westbound side. And were talking about one earlier on the eastbound side. Unfortunately, we have a vehicle fire and it looks to be a semi truck or big rig on fire on the bay bridge. And so they have multiple lanes closed. I can still see amongst the smoke there. The firefighters using their hose so again, we started off the last hour with some issues on the lower of the bridge. Get an accident there. And some of our producers were stuck on the lower deck for at least 30 to 40 minutes. And so as you can see right from your screen, fire crews are there trying to put it out currently, like you mentioned, theyve disconnected cab from the actual tractor trailer portion, which is what you see on the far right side lanes. Firefighters earlier were dousing it with fire hoses trying to get the trailer, which was on fire out. Looks like theyve done a pretty good job of that. But because they need all that space on the right side to get all that work done, there. Lanes of traffic funnel to the far left lane. Thats the only one getting by. He can see coming to a slow crawl everybody trying to get around. So this is causing. Quite a bit of a back them on the bay bridge. Its about 31 minutes for folks who are leaving the maze traveling to that fremont street exit. So look at the traffic starts to build there. And then as theyre falling on to the bay bridge right now, were not sure how long its going to take for them to get that off of the bridge. Once they get the fire completely out. Theyve got to get a tow truck. Looks like theyve been calling for a large and a tow truck. The filter that off of the bay bridge this morning. So for a lot of folks who may be flying or traveling, maybe you might. Youre heading to the airport sfo, i would say take part.
