This is at skyline high schools graduation ceremony. Police say that some sort of fight led up to the shooting and now theyre looking for other possible suspects. There are some reports some kind of that is being looked into. We do know there multiple suspects, but were trying to identify exactly how many. Some students told us that they heard the gunshots. A ceremony wasnt fully and that people or rani as the students taken to the gym locker room for safety. Everybody was you know, graduation, she peoples to rest of the house. Ticketmaster attorney general Merrick Garland said thursday the doj and 29 states plus dc are suing ticketmaster and its Parent Company live nation. Alleging they have an illegal monopoly over live events. It controls at least 80 of primary ticketing at major concert venues. The lawsuit says the company has its hand in nearly every part of the industry and blocks venues from using multiple ticket sellers. The result is that fans paying more in fees. Artists have fewer opportunities to play concerts, smaller promoters, get squeezed out and venues have fewer real choices for ticketing services. A post on live nations website calls the allegations baseless and says they ignore the real factors behind higher ticket prices. Now to the murder of a 29 yearold san mateo woman who officially says who Officials Say died of fentanyl overdose. Investigators say Sarah Tillman was found dead in her home last year. Now they tell us they found Text Messages with her alleged drug dealer. And according to the lawsuit, 2 months before her death, 2 men apparently warned that dealer that he had nearly killed her with the drugs that he recently sold or and in may of 2023. He sold or drugs laced with fentanyl again and it did end up killing her. The suspected dealer set to return to court in september for a preliminary hearing. Look at this. Well, we have an update now to a story we first brought you yesterday morning. Antioch police are still looking for a man who robbed to Contra Costa County fair employees. Now we now know that nearly 90,000 was stolen from them. Police say the employees were depositing the money at the bank at summersville road. 2 oclock monday morning when the suspect pressed a gun to the back of one of them and took off witi a bag full of cash. This was their take for the carnival that day. Police have only describe the suspect as wearing dark clothing. Ask this. It was a man they know that officers are looking through evidence right now to see if they identify him better. Well, the owner of 2 longstanding restaurant at Fishermans Wharf is suing San Francisco. The suit alleges that the city failed to do its job of maintaining war and keeping the area to code to protect against erosion or earthquakes. The suit also blames homelessness and crime in the area for preventing the restaurant from being successful. Theyre now asking for financial reimbursement for recent improvements made to the 2 restaurants.
