Firefighters in San Francisco have managed to put out the blaze burning in an Apartment Building on line in clay street boy at its peak, it was raging. James firefighters are starting to wrap up operations here, but they will send saint n investigators shortly because theres the building. It is not in danger of collapsing. One complex, 6 units, 4 floors were on fire at the time. They immediately called back up. The good news is it was on occupied in the people near this place. Hopefully theyll track this person down. Sfmta workers say they were blindsided by the agencys new plan to increase ticketing for illegal parking. About 200 workers held a rally in front of the sfmta headquarters. Those workers say the recent announcement to crack down on illegal parking is putting targets on their backs. One parking control officer that we spoke with said that shes already been assaulted on the job. But you still want to take who was illegally part. He didnt like that. Well take a look at this allegheny countys Narcotic Task force team executed a search warrant yesterday in connection with an illegal possession and sale of multiple guns. The seizure happened on crosby avenue in oakland where police say they found you can see on the screen 9 guns, including for illegal assault weapons and a stockpile of ammunition. Police ended up arresting a man on charges related to the investigation. Well, there is now a hotline in Alameda County for victims tf the 35 people whose Death Penalty cases are now being reviewed. District attorney pamela price says her office uncovered what might have been a pattern of misconduct in those trials dating back 30 years where prosecutors perhaps purposefully excluded black and jewish people from serving on those juries price as family members of the victims of those on death row are now being informed of whats going on. One day after the ribbon was cut on San Franciscos new 911, dispatch center. The Computer System that integral to dispatching Emergency Service personnel went down. We had it what we call a cad outage where we had a failure, had our computer aided dispatch. Went down San Franciscos computer, aided dispatch system or cad allows those taking 911. Calls to take incoming information into a computer which police and fire dispatchers in another part of the 911 center. Can see and send help immediately when the system went down at 05 00am. That automatic communication had to be done manually, meaning notes had to be written down and then appropriate dispatcher to send help and Something Like this happens. Its all hands on deck. So we bring people out of key. Why we bring our supervisors on the floor. Whoever needs you know, jump in. We have runners, you know, we its its a building with a lot of people working in it. In the north bay. True drivers have been arrested one for shooting at the other as part of a road rage incident that took place in santa rosa wednesday morning. This is at presley street near Martin Luther king junior memorial parkway. Both drivers left the area where this road rage shooting happened. But one of the drivers later pulled over on Andrews Avenue when he saw multiple police cars. And then the other person continue driving and led police on a chase that reach mendocino avenue and 5th street where he abandoned the vehicle and tried to get away. Police ended up catching arresting him. Police say that both of the drivers actually had guns in their cars. Neither was hurt. City of alameda is suing an Investment Company that owns a house Poe Community for violating the citys rent control rules and also allegedly harassing some of the communities. Elderly residents. Well let you know when we do. Lawmakers have blocked a bill that would have prevented state politicians from entering into nondisclosure agreements while crafting bills. The legislation proposed by some member vince fong would ban the use of nondisclosure agreements in the lawmaking process. He argues it would increase transparency in the state legislature and include the public as part of the process. It is my biggest concern that we are actually trying to shield the public for information and and from legislators as well. That is critical to our votes in to help laws are being made. And so nda is being used in the lawmaking, a crafting of laws that that process has to be discouraged and eliminated.
