He did not get to go home because somebody decided not only that they would steal from the store. But that what they were taking was worth his life. San francisco District AttorneyBrooke Jenkins announced charges against 22 yearold santos de la rosa, who was arrested in hollister on wednesday. De la rosa was arraigned on thursday where a judge denied him bail after the das office called de la rosa a risk to public safety. The main perpetrator was caught. And off and hes off the streets. I mean, frankly, was giving a lot of the residents here are just a lot of discomfort to know. He was still out there. Drew men attended the arraignment of de la rosa.
