The state of michigan and the state of wisconsin have both been called for president or for vice President Trump. Arizona also called for Vice President biden i should say but that lead is dwindling so were still on the cusp of seeing if that still holds for the Vice President however, the state of nevada is the one that really is in play this morning all eyes on nevada theres about an 8,000 vote advantage that vice President Trump has a Vice President has over President Trump. Now were expecting to get another update from the secretary of state there potentially at around 9 oclock this morning it could happen later, but if it does happen at 9. Well still be on the air so well bring that to you live so were looking there were also looking out in the state of pennsylvania where right now the president s lead there has shrunk from 600,000 yesterday morning to now a 168,000 votes and that led continues to shrink as more and more votes come in because the majority of those votes are coming in from areas around philadelphia, philadelphia and pittsburgh heavily democratic areas and the president or the Vice President s lead in alien votes has been fairly strong and theres still enough votes out there. Technically to close the still too close to call 89 of the vote counted. So theyre still many more many more votes there to count. Also on bring of georgia georgias kind of interesting. Because this is something the republicans didnt expect that georgia would be in play now the latest we have from the secretary of state this very morning is that there are still 50,000 votes left to count. You can see here that were real close to the and 98 of precincts, reporting donald trump has the lead but not by much hes only ahead by about 60 some odd 1000 votes right about 60,000 votes. I should say hes lived in the lead by about 18,000 votes. Im sorry for the state of georgia, 18,000 votes while still 50,000 still out there right now if joe biden can continue to win mail in votes in the margins and hes been winning have to win about 70 of them in order to overtake the president in this state can he do that potentially yes because in Fulton County right around atlanta. Hes been pulling in about 72 of those votes if the majority of these 50,000 are still coming out of that region and he continues to poll greater than 70 of those votes. He could close the gap georgia could flip blue in which that would be game over and it is amazing that these states are as close as they are as late in the count and. Thats why for example President Trump is already talking about a recount in because that state is so close. But we havent finished the count by the way so yes, that may be its been described as his campaign sort of like. Throwing as much as they can at various states hoping something will stick something will give them an end to either slow the count or at least call the results into question something that they can hang their hats on. Theres no. Well youll talk more about no specific strategy, but theres Something Different for each well ok, so while there questions about recounts and stopping the count and continuing to count. Mounting the Trump Campaign filed lawsuits in pennsylvania, georgia and michigan claiming that observers for the party have not been given enough access to areas where the ballots are being counted. The difference between biden and trump right now less than one percent fewer than 8,000 votes, separate biden from trump biden has a slight lead right now and the reason youre talking about that all the eyes are on the bat right now is because some of the numbers youre discussing right now the Associated Press has by 264 electoral votes. Its a little bit in question because theyve given him arizona theyve called arizona for him some of said arizonas too early to call the margin is narrowing there. But if you given that 264 if he does win arizona he just needs its 6 electoral votes to claim victory nevada has 6 electoral votes at stake thats why theres so much attention here and also a lot of tension house side the Clark County Election Office. In person votes that happened on election day also in person votes to happen at some of the Voting Centers prior to election day and mail in ballots received by november, second what they havent counted or mail in ballots received on election day or since then so theyre going to have updated numbers on that they the secretary of state are very someone with the States Office, the state secretary of States Office talked about some of the accusations you see in the signs theres some of that chance some people had signs saying dont steal the election. They talked about the integrity of the count they are conducting. Evidence whatsoever. Coordinated widespread of voter fraud. We have received a handful of complaints with some allegations again theyre just allegations at this point on proven all that were looking into but no no evidence of of or truck. Even as the vote counting continues and the lawsuits are being filed in anticipation of trouble the Trump Campaign asking for a recount in wisconsin. Filing legal action in other states and asking for the vote can to continue in some places and to stop in others. But the vote does continue the counting it does absolutely and theres reason for supporters of both candidates to be on edge this morning. Neither candidate has the 270 electoral votes needed. Joe bidens the closest right now 264 President Trump at 214. But the book the states that are in question right now could go either way and thats still the case this morning want to start off quickly by mentioning that nevada right now biden has about an 8,000 vote lead. But that lead shrinks slightly as more votes come in we are expecting a major update on the vote count. Later on this morning weve been told various times but before noon we should get a major update and well see if that does solidly lock into bidens column or not arizonas the other question mark thats a bit nerve wracking for democrats because although the Associated Press has called that for biden his lead there has also begun to shrink a little bit as these last minute votes are finally counted maricopa county. The major county is starting to put in more and more trump votes and thats diminishing the lead again. Biden leads by about 60,000 well see if that holds now pennsylvania. The other big question mark this morning at the moment, President Trump leads by relatively healthy margin. But of about a 168,000 however, 89 of precincts have reported which means a lot of the vote is still out and the majority of those votes are coming from the major population philadelphia and pittsburgh. Very democratic leaning and a lot of these counts are coming in as may lee in votes which are also skewing heavily towards. Joe biden is there enough there to still close the gap yes, which is philadelphia is still a big question mark this morning. But it is getting much closer and there could be a very real chance of joe biden flipping that blue theres also an actual chance that joe biden could turn the state of georgia blue which was unthinkable just a week ago, but now is in the late night late numbers are coming in were seeing that although 99 of precincts have reported and weve got the president ahead by about 18,000 votes, there are still about 50,000 to be counted that according to the secretary of state just this morning. And theyre mostly coming in from the Atlanta Metroplex area again a very heavy democratic leaning area and there are still enough votes. The math is still there that joe biden could turn enough of those into his column and flip the state blue so left wing see were looking for an update from georgia by the way at 8 oclock this morning and also from philadelphia 8 oclock this morning so hopefully have those updates for you live when gets interesting everything so razor thin coming down to you know thousands of votes when if you look at the. Popular vote. Yes, they are millions of votes apart. Yeah, weve got the popular vote and if you can make that out but in the upper lefthand corner 72. A 1 million 165 thousand votes for biden and weve got 68 million 600 and 75 for President Biden is winning the popular vote by 3 million, but it is so close yet level right. Yes, so more people here are getting sick and so officials are assessing the situation there looking at the numbers and theyre saying indoor businesses are best bet in terms of trying to scale back on the number of cases like this for example on election day 40 people went to the hospital with coronavirus that was a stark difference from mid october when we saw about 17 people go to the hospital in a day for coronavirus is so thats more than double the number of cases so theyre looking at movie theaters indoor restaurants and churches right now those 3 places are able to offer services to about 50 capacity and so now theyre saying look weve got to cut that back 25 now in addition to that there are also looking at outdoor bars, so theyre saying if you have a bar outdoors theyre going to stop that for now unless there is a meal thats included with that so youre eating along with that, but that brings it down from Indoor Dining from 50 which is about 200 people to now down to 25 which is about a 100 people so this all starts tomorrow.
