Rosa. How the fire started still unclear, we know that it obviously broke out during red flag warning conditions on sunday now raging out of control yeah and so its grown now to more than 65 square miles. Part of that fire zone is the city of calistoga theyre concerned about it. It hasnt burned and they dont want it to and with the way the fire can and the wind can travel the entire town was evacuated yesterday for good reason crawfords will trend of fact choosing an example now of homes that are getting pretty close to the fires will. You can i get any closer than this home and ill quickly show to just a few moments, but you can see the fire burning right behind me this is a hillside that was intentionally set by the firefighters they came out here they take advantage of the overnight conditions. High humidity. No when they walked from the top of the hill down set it on fire they had their fire trucks ready to go just in case it got out of hand so they can pounce on it with their water hoses but they never needed to do that because it just burned itself out with the humidity levels high that they knew it would burn itself out that it would not keep going and going and going look at how close the houses now that the sun is up i can make out like on the side of it you can see a slightly charred a little bit so you can see just how hot the conditions are at this particular time. But the home has been say thats one of the 8500 homes that you mention that are threatened at least for now nothing is over, but they said for now this home is saved they are going to another place thing same thing before the conditions. Change once the sun gets higher and higher humidity level gets lower and lower and possibly the winds will pick up as well which is why they are actually taking the fight to the fire at this time intentionally setting it on fire trees are falling down which is wise. This hits a Risky Business for them. They dont want to have anything fall on top of them as well so right now theyre just monitoring the situation from afar if they have to come in and use their acts and shovels to clear it out just a little bit. They will do that. This smoke here no matter if its intentional or not you can clearly see it is contributing to the smoky conditions. Breathing is not so good at this particular time. But it is not windy. The trees now you can make out finally guys james and area little bit of swaying back and forth from the leaves and thats what they were talking about that the conditions would change despite is obviously off far from over but they hope. Now that the sun is up they can reassess the situation and possibly air drops will be one of the tools that they will be used to save the property that throughout this whole area. Its just awful to look at me. Its one thing to see it on television its another to see it in person to watch just that. Firefighters crisscrossing this area and james and darya yeah to watch it from there and be careful thanks a lot. Well. Least some good news on that front for that particular house looks like firefighters are able to at least protected keep it from burning, but that hasnt been the case as weve seen in other parts of the north bay this morning, Sonoma County has suffered damage. Kron 4 Sarah Stinson is on stone bridge road in santa rosa with the latest there sarah. Yeah, we know at least 28 homes just in Sonoma County have burned and been destroyed that they so far what theyve counted live here again in the Oakmont Senior Living community where only a handful of houses have burned to the ground this being one of them was actually here earlier here on stone ridge. Road and this one of those homes that did not make it. But its just crazy to see because right next door, the house is fully standing untouched and then next door as well you can see this whole. Home and all of its grass around it has been charred and you can down the street here just what im talking about now that its just a lot lighter outside, its so smoky here and you can see that. Look at all these homes very dense neighborhood 5,000 homes in here and again only a handful. Had burned i actually drove down the road and looked at the Recreation Center and the golf course can confirm those have been untouched as well its a huge area for seniors and 4. This is an adult Living Community in its really thriving area. They have a ton of areas where you can hang out and enjoy and fortunately firefighters were able to save it. When the fire was encroaching on its sunday night and thousands of people evacuated it was deja vu for a lot of these people who experienced the tubbs fire in 2017. Take a look at this video though this morning. There was a fire that erupted at a house off of highway 12 its literally right next to the oakmont. Senior Living Community and so is major concern that fire would spark the bigger fire and then burned down more homes. So our Santa Rosa Fire Department over their men and women of the department and they were responding so quickly and put it out and that was of relief because as i said could have been even more devastating that home there burned down. Well definitely has heavy heavy damage which probably ends in it being a total loss but. So much water damage but. They were able to save the surrounding homes and theyre able to stop it from spreading into this neighborhood again which has thousands of homes, i know a lot of people nc to come back because im showing you all the houses that have been untouched m. The thing is ive already seen them put out hot spots. Right in this neighborhood and a lot of close calls here. So if they dont keep an eye on that and keep everybody out then they wont be doing their job and now in terms of these homes and you know policing ive seen a lot of patrolling here as well so if you do live in this area. Rest assured they are watching the area that come up to me several times asking who i am and theyre making sure that theyre safe and that the lockdown area here and this evacuation zone is contained to only police and fire and media so thats really good news on that front as well, reporting live in santa rosa Sarah Stinson kron 4. Thats why you got to have the jacket the mike everything for for for so that youre not mistaken. And by the way perfect example like how you said it expected. Hot spot, you know that if one ember flies and hits that home thats how easy it can happen thats why theyre not going to let anybody else into another neighborhood because that could happen easily anywhere. Exactly and they dont want to have to worry about really evacuating it can be just very dangerous star as weve seen it happens all too quickly and while the wind is calm right now. You never know if its going to pick up again what kind of conditions are going to. Face in the coming days all right, thanks a lot sarah. Well as those winds change and the direction of the fire moves we will occasionally have to update the evacuation zones and warnings that are in effect both napa and Sonoma County thats a whole another side of the story that were following for you as well Robin Winston has the latest on that and weve definitely seen those warnings turn into orders. Thats why we stay on top of it and actually show you map some neighborhoods and exactly whos impacted. So lets take a look at the map that we have 4 youre actually start off in Sonoma County. And this is the map and zoom out so you can see the whole scope of the area all the acreage thats covered here with in Sonoma County this is a wide view of the area thats being impacted you see all those little dots those are the hot spots, the heat signature. For the fire thats burning now the red and orange area, those areas are under mandatory Evacuation Orders which means everyone in the areas highlighted should be out of those neighborhoods now the yellow represents the evacuation warnings owns a warning means you are on alert. You are aware that its getting closer to you you need to be ready to go have all of those essentials with you next to the door, your medication, your emergency paperwork. Everything that you need for your pets should be already packed so that if that warning but for any reason is upgraded you can be packed and ready to go so we have 3 put specific zones that we want to zoom in on because these are this is the new information that were receiving into our newsroom you see the area thats highlighted in yellow within that area we have 3 different zones, his own one. This is for those of you with in the neighborhood that south of highway 12 and east of farmers lane so that means if you live out near i spring creek drive your under an evacuation warning now this also includes the lc zone thats number 2 thats our second zone and that is included with areas and neighborhoods that are out near cypress way out near creekside if you near sacramento. Horseshoe bat 3rd strive youre under that evacuation warning and then also zone 3 which is one down there at the bottom that area includes the neighbors that are south of to call the drive east a bit bally road and im naming the streets because i know its a little hard to see on the map thats why im just going through and naming some of the streets for you that are in the neighborhood so if youre in zone, 3 youre going to be impacted if you live near that home us near warrick or near battered strive all of those areas once again under a special warning. Now if your zone gets upgraded if you go from a warning to a mandatory order keep in mind that you need to calmly and quickly evacuate dont forget to check with your neighbors too because sometimes your neighbors dont know if that order is in place try and spread the word but you will see First Responders going through the neighborhood knocking on doors. Now we want to move over to another county we just covered sonoma, we want to take care of napa county as well we have not received any new changes for napa county so far so its the same as yesterday the areas that are shaded in blue are under a mandatory evacuation areas that are shaded in yellow are under a warning keep in mind that they have evacuated the entire town of calistoga thats under a mandatory Evacuation Order so no one should be left in calistoga right now they have not seen any damage. So thats the good news, but within city limits or snow damage but around the city limits. The surrounding areas have been damaged so fire crews will remain on scene and monitor that area closely if anything changes. Well definitely let you know so make sure you stay tune and make sure you download our app take it with you. You can get those notifications sent directly to your cell phone back to you. Thanks a lot robin and here on your screen weve got a list here of the Evacuation Centers in napa and sonoma counties that you need to be aware of in napa county evacuees can turn to the Cross Walk Church and Napa Valley College campus. They ready to receive you in petaluma you can go to the Sonoma Marin Fair Grounds or you can go to the petaluma Veterans Building and then in Sonoma County you can go to the to play in santa rosa or the sonoma raceway and if you want more information on these Evacuation Orders that weve talked about this morning or the Evacuation Centers have been set up just go to website at kron 4 dot com weve got a lot of information there for you including details on the firefighting effort as well yes go to kron 4 dot com also download the kron on app thats free. So even when the kron 4 morning news is over. The news never stops on kron on. Good morning. Well, cleveland is really used to being taking center stage during a president ial election. This debate will look like any that came before. In 2016 President Donald Trump stood on stage in cleveland accepting the republican nomination i humbly. And gratefully accept. Tonight you will once again take a cleveland stage. This time to face democratic challenger joe biden im prepared to. Go out and make my case as to why i think hes failed im looking very forward to the day. For weeks the city of cleveland has been preparing transforming the Cleveland Clinic in Case Western Reserve University into a stage that will be seen by millions making sure that all the systems have been checked and rechecked the city is not only preparing for the 2 men of the hour though, but the crowds and protests that will follow them he morning protest a whats opinion understanding that is not on who the destruction property or the though the debate itself may get heated Ohio Governor mike dewine has enlisted the National Guard to keep tensions from boiling over outside the arena. Every person the interaction we treated with the dignity and coronavirus is one of 6 topics that will be covered but its also a threat that the commission on president ial debates is preparing for their will not be a handshake between the candidates or the moderator at the beginning of the debate once on stage knew that the candidates nor the moderator will be wearing masks. And according to the Associated Press nearly half a Million People have already placed bets on the debate you can bet on anything maybe even will joe biden wear a mask to how many times will President Donald Trump say china and of course you can always bet on whos going to actually win the election. James darya. A fascinating adrian, thank you so much for the update this morning and you can watch the president ial debates right here tonight at on kron 4 that starts at 6 oclock and then afterwards weve got our Election Special yeah inside very politics with Catherine Heenan that will be fascinated to as they dissect what happened in the debate all right, lets bring it back here into the studio at we have the ground shake a little bit. Yeah 3 quakes a little bit what size john yeah, 3 within the past hour guys the latest being a 3. 3 magnitude quake. These are centered right around reservoir. Right along the santa clara. In Alameda County the first one was in early in the 8 oclock hour. The latest one around 9 oh 02 00am again thats the 3rd just within the past hour all 3 of them. All right around 6 miles north east of milpitas system, minor shaking there in the east bay, but this continued little swarm earthquakes, definitely something that is rattling some of our further to the south and east in the bay now for the rest of the bay area this is what youre noticing more than anything else this morning we have some fog and some cloud cover that is pushed in from the coast cooling things off noticeably today, weve also got some noticeable hayes overhead this coastal breeze replacing the hot dry winds that had been sunday night through monday morning that unfortunately resulted in the rapid spread of the glass fire in the north bay. We have seen a fire expand additionally overnight, but winds have calmed down substantially and temperatures a little bit cooler today in addition to that so more favorable conditions for the fire fight today which is good news for firefighters and residents of the north bay well continue to see some fog this morning burning off somewhat this afternoon but not nears dry conditions even as the fog does burn off worst of air quality is centered in portions of sonoma napa and solano counties, bad air quality as well into contra costa and portions of alameda counties, better conditions towards the coast on the peninsula as well as in the south bay, but dont expect the smoke to be going anywhere anytime soon as conditions calm down and High Pressure builds in well be looking at smoke gradually settling into the rest of the bay area for much of the rest of the forecast todays daytime highs 80s and 90s thats cooler than yesterday was livermore unconquered to over closer spots to the triple digits while napa and santa rosa fall to the low 90s after yesterdays over 100 degree highs tomorrow temperatures will bump up just a couple of degrees after that though we begin to cool down that will eventually take us into the 80s at or warmest by the weekend. So there is relief in sight and at least better conditions concerning fires. Ive got more your forecast as well lets hear more about all the latest news. Still ahead. Its been dry in the north bay and thats why we have the fires in the fire danger starts that way and then winds of course can whip up and make it worse and thats what theyre worried about. Now in the south bay as well where its very very dry. And this video shows you just a snapshot of the Santa Cruz Mountains and all of the dead brush and brown grass its a tender box and winddriven fires could easily spread in that area as well whether researchers at san jose state say the moisture levels are at record lows. The fuel moisture content of these right now are our record low. And that has to do with the fact that we have drought year. I mean we have a low rain near this past in the core of our fire season, you know october is usually the month where we have the lowest fuel moistures in the strongest winds in terms of offshore wind events and so we get a couple more of these events its going to be a really challenging. And experts say the strong winds are a big threat during the fire season, not only do they fanned flames that when things sparked the day also dry out the grass and the brush. So and that makes the conditions right when a spark does with 2 new series fires burning in parts of northern california. We have state leaders now continuing to call in reinforcements amid a very busy fire season. We have more than 18,000 firefighters working right now to control 27 major fires all across the state. Governor newsom says the federal government approved 2 more Fire Management assistance grants bringing the total so far this year now to 15 state Emergency Management leaders requested help from 6 other states while 117 aircraft now are working to fight the fire from the air. Were not standing still were not just victims of fate. We want to shape this future we want to work on suppression work on prevention and then work on adaptation and strategies that are longer term as it relates to decarbonize in our economy. More than 3. 7 million acres have burned in california so far this year newsoms administration points to Climate Change as the fundamental cause of these fires. He says more announcements on tackling that issue are coming soon. Meanwhile the crews fighting the fires in the north bay. Well if you ask anybody there theyre called heroes and tagging along with them is another hero, a golden retriever that river named kurth caris is a veteran by the way on a fire scenes here. She is. Working on the glass fires with firefighters raising their spirits and morale she was raised in sandra fell as at the guide dogs for the blind. But you know her energy and her temperament thanks affection. They said she was perfect for emotional support training so she went on to get her therapy dog certification her handlers heidi carmen. So actually this dog she has been on so many fight hate that there had been so many so many fire shows us of the woodward fire in marin county. Shes now shes up in the north bay seen other pictures to where you can see the firefighters just beaming commission has asked to grant smiley absolutely yeah. Yeah, so really really helping out the firefighters who work. You know sometimes 48 hours straight without a break so way. All right as we head to well take another look what these firefighters are dealing with and what homeowners are dealing with 2 in some cases after losing their homes here some of the latest pictures from the sky hawk neighborhood out of santa rosa, you can see the devastation and destruction for some families will be right back. They do one of the most difficult jobs there is, even in normal times. Our Frontline Health care workers. And when these heroes lack the resources they need, that risky job gets ten times harder. Prop fifteen makes corporations pay their fair share. To invest in our communities, in our clinics, in the essential workers who treat everyone rich, poor, and inbetween. Whether its this pandemic or the next health crisis, vote yes on prop fifteen. For all of us. Breaking news now i will as you know the wildfires in the north they have grown to 42,000 acres just on our air jumping from 36,000 this morning and californias governor gavin newsom has declared a state of emergency. These are fires that are burning known as the glass fire complex 42,000 plus acres and 0 containment. So there are thousands about 68,000 plus napa and Sonoma County residents under Evacuation Orders and still more that have been told to be ready and theyre in a warning zone right now more than a 100 homes and other structures have been destroyed in the flames and there are still more than 8500 other structures that are threatened. One of the places that burned down is a very iconic and popular meadow wood resort. Their Main Building burned down. So well we are watching those warnings this morning and where the area of the fires are and then where the bordering areas are that theyre concerned about yeah thats what this map helps illustrate the red line outlining the perimeter of the fire the area that firefighters are. Actively working to try and suppress the flames where they can we know it started in the napa valley between calistoga saint helene and then migrated its way over the hill and down into the Sonoma Valley and as weve seen here over the last day and a half it really has begun to impact eastern santa rosa, weve seen homes burn. And weve seen a number of areas there under mandatory Evacuation Orders or at the very least an evacuation warning which is are you mentioned means you need to get ready to go should the Sheriffs Office or the Police Department come through and tell you now is the time to go Sonoma County has been really the hardest hit with the most destruction. Were joined live right now. But with sergeant won valencia with the Sonoma County Sheriffs Office to talk about the situation this morning, good morning. How hows it going as far as. The firefight and evacuations. Good morning. So good news is that he did not have any orders or warnings go out last night. So that the good news, we understand this you know coming up to 3rd year or that youre a market that helps fire which was with her at a at Sonoma County 27 e u this is our major fire. 2017. Though it you know unfortunately have in a lot of experience that we understand that people at people were kind of burned out a tired of dealing with these fires not yet been able to go because of the air quality in this month. But we pull together and you know or ought to put forward and learn something new up from each incident. Yeah, you know wondering with the experience have you found that the residents are more compliant willing to you know get out fast like they need to or more stubborn and saying no im not going go through this again and im going to stay which is course what you dont want them to do. Been hearing so we put a couple ways that we notify so we notify people through a nickel the county is the number that important here so cooler and then we pylos on and then also we we go out and conduct or not we come back people. We have had a number numerous people to leave because this and i think people are just kind of like hey its not going to affect me one of the fire coming down you know at what the fires work. Have had people that were that were because of not leave in waited to leave. And we are we have had deputies go up to areas that were under a order at evacuate. Going in there as the fires burning rescuing people so now not only of a check i d safety the 3rd died in that at the other officer safety and or personal while you can theyre not lee and yeah, you got a look at what happened in Shasta County theyve reported 3 people have died in the fires there. And whats been amazing is that these fires you said theres been 3 or 4 already. That youve been dealt dealing with just in that county that no loss of life. In this fire. So far. And its something that obviously something that preventable and what were doing is were really working closely with cal fire working to fly command. Well that the praise obviously going local that are out there battling the you know live in the county. So they want to protect the county. So we work closely with them and you know, and it just i like to tell people that if if youre if youre under an order please leave if youre under warning have stuff ready have a packed ready to go script and a map because the only thing were with. And then also just that released a lot of and then also if youre not if you if because every the county that own so here. It new orders his own attorney general wellbeing gives idea to keep your stuff ready be ready just just because thats one less thing youre going out worry about there if youre prepared. Youre going to be ready you already know you are going to know what and if theres if in doubt or dont state if you could leave it and we want that. You know its funny surgeon valencia we were talking earlier with our own reporter. Kron 4 Sarah Stinson whos in the oakmont area and shes said numerous times this morning that she has had. Sheriffs deputies and Police Officers come up to her at various points throughout the day just today alone to verify that she is authorized to be there. So folks that have been evacuated. I suppose they can rest assured you guys really arent messing around about making sure that nobodys in these areas have been evacuated that shouldnt be. Now i can tell you that the Sheriffs Office alone has already me to arrest the news in arrest yesterday of a 17 yearold that was that interred the evacuation or emergency down and this morning, rest 5 yearold male that was out looking net objects or there hell he was arrested and booked into the county jail for that to think that euro taller if youre out there. Not only are these people for survivors or on with having no evacuation but now now people all men taking advantage or take the opportunity to hear from them at 0 tolerance there and and theyre going to taken into jail on book how now during the morning show we actually saw some of the warnings for evacuate evacuate shuns turn into mandatory. Orders that has not happened so far this morning even though we saw the fire grow. Can you explain that and also do you think that today any of those folks in warning zones are going to get the word that theyre going to have to go. Possible. Its ive been telling what 2020 it everything is very unpredictable this year. Its a lot to do with. You know what and then obviously closely with cal fire. And thats something that we did take handed her a what the weather what were the expert the fire is going to go you know for example going to push east or west. And we are looking at ok lets put these people on a warning so they have an idea if it does start spreading. Then well get or order instead of looking to the last hit the panic button and you know to of we like to think and when possible. Well like to be ahead of the games while that way we have everything lined up and were not telling people unfortunately, sometimes it doesnt work that way because we cant control it. But it when possible like given the time right now if we could of hour we connect. How are what are you the possibilities, those are all things that were constantly Monitoring Network that caught fire. Sergeant want to let thank you so much for joining us this morning sharing some of your valuable time i know youre busy. We appreciate the update. And think again all right and we as we do on the morning show will continue to keep you updated. And also go to our website kron 4 dot com and download our mobile kron on because when the news ends at 10 oclock in the the morning show we continue our coverage 24 7 on our mobile a 9. 40 right now and as we said the fires in the north bay have grown to now more than 42,000 acres and there are 10s of thousands of people have been evacuated kron fours rob live at the breaking news just keeping us updated on the latest with those Evacuation Orders and warnings. Robin yes, we want folks to know what to expect lets take a look at the evacuation map that we have for Sonoma County. And there you can see you know a little deeper exactly whos impacted in the neighborhoods that are within that stretch. Thats highlighted so first this is a wide view of the Sonoma County county area thats being impacted. Singles little red dots on your screen. Those stotts the fire thats the heat signature the hot spots for the shady fire thats burning you can see just how much acreage it covers its a pretty large stretch. So you see the little red orange area thats the area thats under mandatory Evacuation Order so folks are already be out. And then we have the yellow the areas that are shaded in yellow, those are the evacuation warning zones. We want to focus in on those zones we have zone one were going to zoom in closer so you can see the little neighborhood there says only one is east of farmers lanes north of ho an avenue west of summer Still Road South of highway 12, keep in mind that includes an area thats west of mission montgomery drive those of you living between highway 12 and summer feel road youre impacted as well. We have the second zone the lc zone which is owned 2 were going to zoom into that one thats west of summer spill road north of the city boundary just south of bennett valley, golf course, folks are impacted south of Holland Avenue east of cypress way it includes those of you that live east of creekside road to east of loop avenue between to calm drive and the south city boundary and then down at the bottom we have zone 3 this is going to impact folks living in the neighborhood north of been in valley road. West of you look at new south of cala drive youre going to be impacted as well and keep in mind if youre in an evacuation warning area you need to be prepared to evacuate have everything you need packed up and ready to go or for any reason you feel unsafe you can go ahead and evacuate early especially those of you that need a little more time now we want to move over to the evacuation map that we have in place for now, but we just showed you Sonoma County. This is we havent had any major changes within the last 24 hours since yesterday. But the areas that are shaded in blue thats still under a mandatory Evacuation Order. No one should be there. The area shaded in yellow all or your evacuation warnings once again just like we said for cinema everything that you need to take with you in the event that you have to go you should already have it together keep in mind that they have already evacuated the town of calistoga its under a mandatory Evacuation Order so no one should be there but at last check. Theres no significant damage within those city limits all of the damage is on the outside the surrounding areas, but of course fire crews will stay on scene and monitor that we will monitor the zones for you if anything changes will garage door opening it is my fathers love. And i 46 right now and weve got a bad air to talk about thats lasting through friday plus. Earthquakes if you tell number of things going on and still warm temperatures out there john has so much to talk about yeah we have big changes from yesterday but still warm and still fire weather risk remains high now as far as the changes go from yesterday there is some low cloud cover thats pushing across the bay. A sign of guess what some cool coastal wind returning to the bay yesterday was hot and dry air during Morning Hours really fanned the flames of the glass fire in the north bay. This morning reversed it and now its cooler and drier air as well as air that is a bit more moisture late so the good changes for the glass incident. Its going to be a relative humidity. Thats not quite as bone dry much calmer winds and then temperatures that are just a little bit cooler. You can see the calm winds around the vicinity of the fire which is outlined in red up there in sonoma and napa counties winds remain light through the day the downside of that when you have light winds that smoke its going to stay with a spare the air alerts will last through friday. An air quality already at its worse for sonoma and napa counties, portions of those counties really saying not just smoke but some ash falling across those solano and contra costa counties also having an impact with very poor air quality better conditions towards the coast on the peninsula. As well as in the south bay. He has also mentioned series of a smaller right around Calaveras Reservoir along the county line of Alameda Center santa clara counties down in the south bay. The struck between 8 and around 9 oh 05 00am this morning. The largest of these quakes being a 3. 3 magnitude. So yeah here in the south bay may have felt that shaking earlier this morning and finally temperatures cooler than yesterday for San Francisco noticeable difference. No 90s no 80s today. It 70s that are warmest in San Francisco, while most bayside areas will still hold on to the 80s palo alto at 86 south bay temperatures also a range of 80s to 90s with san jose at 92 Santa Clara Milpitas each at 90 degrees east bay temperatures 80s to 90s as well with pleasanton at 97 oakland 82 Orinda Moraga in the 90s as well, north bay temperatures much cooler than yesterday and what a relief to from triple digits in napa sonoma and bill. Down to the 90s today, it is still definitely hire and fire danger. It does remain high. But that risk is diminished as compared to yesterday. Temperatures level out the next couple of days tomorrow. I do expect a couple of triple digits back on the map but not by much after thursday is when the real cool down begins and will eventually be in the 80s at our warmest by the weekend. So there is relief ahead. Daria. Thanks a lot john lets get back to the glass fire burning out of control mostly in wine country. So a lot of vineyards some resorts and many homes have been burned so far firefighters are trying to get ahead of the flames. So far though 0 containment you can see that had choppers up dropping water on hot spots this is theyre lena where the fire has ripped through hillsides. The Glass Mountain in on silverado trail was destroyed. Cal fire is monitoring the winds around the clock because those are crucial. The winds are number one on the challenge gusty that lower the make fires like this for radically so quickly and that is the strong winds that often send embers up to a mile ahead of the not only creating spot fires with challenges are firefighters, but it send embers onto the homes. For people in that area well ive seen this before back in 2017 the tubbs fire burned through parts of napa and sonoma counties as well.
