Near as fun to be stepping outside and today though i mean look at this beautiful morning berkeley. Probably my favorite ive seen the shot is just gorgeous out there with plenty of sunshine. Trading in the gray of yesterday for the sunshine this morning and not hazy sunshine either weve got blue skies in green on our air quality map indicating that hey were going to be breathing in some fresh air yet again today, 50s and 60s for your current temperatures that is a little cooler as youre venturing outside to go ahead, get the jacket ready to go as you step outside for work this wednesday morning later on today, no need to worry about the jacket were back in the 70s and 80s talking the much hotter conditions this weekend still to come over to you robin, thank you john im noticing that the morning commute is already improving. I think the worst of the traffic was actually in the 6 oclock hour because. Im checking out the san mateo bridge and its already thinning out so asvery nice improvement compared to the last hour were down to 13 minutes to the peninsula here at the bay bridge. Yes, we have a backup, but its not so bad earlier it was crawling from the bottom of the maze thats no longer the case. Just a little sluggish and its often on from the over crossing so this is easy 12 minutes into San Francisco and we still have 2 separate crashes wrapping up northbound 8. 80 at the one cleared off to the side another one popped up in the same location, so its heavy as you come out of fremont working your way into union city and now looks like were backing up southbound as well so keep that in mind if you take the nimitz and just get out there a little early because its still slow back to you thanks a lot to want to show you video of the casket of Ruth Bader Ginsburg, the Supreme Court justice who died and returned to the Supreme Court on. This morning. With an army of a 100 of her former clerks there being a company there. By a special. Ceremony that went up the steps of the Supreme Court and inside for a brief Memorial Service only a rabbi and the Supreme Court justice spoke at that service which we carry live chief justice john roberts, theyre giving those final remarks and then the justices exited. Now preparations are being made for the display of that very casket. At the top of the Supreme Court steps and as daryn mentioned earlier that will be the opportunity for the public that has gathered there today to file past and commemorate to remember to honor the life and legacy and impact. The late justice. Every peter ginsberg, thatll that will be available today for the public and tomorrow as well and then on friday, the casket will be transported to the u. S. Capitol where it will lie in state there for the day the first time in history that a woman has been honored in that way there at the u. S. Capitol for women, she was the most important legal advocate in American History she changed the way we see gender and. Her seat. Is left vacant the president President Trump has made it clear that he intends to fill it as soon as possible maybe with another woman, woman who it has 4 different ideological views in legal views then or did Ruth Bader Ginsburg, yeah, that announcement expected on saturday republicans on the hill said that they are tallying up the votes. To confirm that nominee as soon as possible democrats as you might imagine are warning that the new court could strip millions of americans of their Health Care Rights and more dont forget Justice Ruth Bader ginsburg was among those that help protect the a c a and its benefits for the American People and it was under assault not too long ago our walk in washington dc correspondent Raquel Martin takes a look. I think we should move for before election day Missouri Republican senator josh hawley says his party can not miss the opportunity to come from another conservative on to the Supreme Court. I pledge that i would support and fight for pro constitution justices if i didnt do that now, but i said no we should we should wait, i dont hide explain that to my own voters always has already one candidate on the president s shortlist and outcome want to see a justice who understands the significance of roe understands white wrongly decided i think to answer your question. I think amy baer certainly beats that standard abortion isnt the only issue the conservative court could determine democrats say Voting Rights lgbtq rights and more immediately obama care is on the line President Trump and senator mcconnell go through with their plan to jam through a Supreme Court nominee this year the Affordable Care act. Is doomed illinois democratic senator dick durbin is pleading with republicans to hold nominations until after voters weigh in there breaking their own promised the American People 20 million more people. Could not be insurance missouri democrat Emanuel Cleaver an iowa democrat cindy axne me say republicans are making a huge mistake, especially as more people have developed pre existing conditions as a result of covid as the Missouri Attorney general hawley back the lawsuit against obamacare there are lots of possibilities. Well have to see what they what they rule on he said that Time Congress passed a replacement in washington Raquel Martin. Now in bay area news. Lets talk about whats happening in our neighborhoods, 3 more bay area counties get the green light to move forward on reopening alameda, san mateo and solano counties. They are now in the red or second tier of the colorcoded system and that means that they have a 5 to 8 Positivity Rate which does allow for certain reopenings lets show you what restaurants can resume Indoor Dining at 25 capacity. Malls cant open up inside with 50 . The normal capacity hair and nail salons can serve their clients. Indoors museums zoos aquariums movie religious places of worship 25 capacity there and then. The smallest only 10 capacity that includes fitness trainers and people want to work out, but you can go into the gym now for the very first time we have live coverage of that this morning with people waking up and working out kron fours reyna harvey is live at 24 hour fitness and sam, a tail county taking a look how many people have you seen. I die, its starting to fill up its a lot more than it was when we first checked in here actually took one of the happy gymgoers this morning, his name is yearold hes actually here working out for the first time in many months, lets talk about it the gyms open how do you feel. Bill great about being back inside the gym get a chance to put your kansas some way to do some Strength Training being back in the environment because when youre going to buy stuff outside its one thing when youre in the gym, you know you see people around to working out. You can motivate you see them hitting it hard to want to hit it hard just its great to be back there that would you come out here from today to the senate who have been living in the for the last 30 years in the gym that back open again it opened probably in midjune going to close down with the first of all so then again were back outside in the trails doing stuff at home, but its nothing like being inside the gym to get a good stunt work you know for you today being able to get back and not just like you say get the spring training in but also the camaraderie of people to your left to your right you know how does that feel it feels very good because you look at individuals will come in and lead. And you have a good workout a good swift like an hour and 15 minutes. You know you see yourself another individual leaving the gym, you feel like youve accomplished something and it starts today off you know most of us working from home like myself, but you know if you got a job at home you should probably spend a lot time sitting down you need this hour and 50 minutes to get your blood circulating to get use of a week to pay you for the day for the for the people that are watching may be a little skeptical about getting back into the gym for safety purposes how safe the field you know here, i feel very safe this gym, theyre very good about cleaning the equipment down between workouts and people Walking Around a screen equipment down you know all of us parade down afterward and everybodys wearing a mask they have in the business or Walking Around the remind you to not to take a mass call in every 15 minutes, they announced over the pa system to please keep your mask on it you know asked to be asked to leave thank you so much and i cant i really was a personal trainer that was they should like. I mean released local some was officially hired as a person what tell you is coming down friday from 5 37 oclock in the morning back into a come on i think men got a lot of ways for you to in bank hes a regular basis and you write makes want to thank you thank you thank you. Both james, youve not got to meet james want to work out my well, i mean, i mean put it that it is very to go to the mall, i would rather go to the mall and ill tell you why. Because the malls where the food court and thats my light at the end of the tunnel when i do a lot of strenuous walking up in Solano County they just got the green light to reopen malls bring everybody indoors and thats where kron fours will tran is for us this morning and will we were joking around earlier. Thats my motivation if i can get some Panda Express at the end of my long walk from one end of the mall, the happy guy the 3 tourists right you dont seem like a to choice person so 3 choice well be ready for you, im actually trying to walk in there to get the job at the hot dog stand with all the colorful hats, i love that job having said that you can go in there and in joy, the food court and other places in the malls in Solano County because it moved from purple to read it here and that is important because now its starting to loosen up a little bit of the covid19 restrictions that means that for 2 week span. They were below 8 Positivity Rate for 100,000 people. Consecutive days guys not just 2 days in a row 3 consecutive days or 2 weeks and thats why governor Gavin Newsome in the state said Solano County. Now its your turn to allow people back into the malls and just as important. The employees back inside the mall keep in mind you still have to practice social distance you still have to wear a mask and if one particular store is full of people you have to wait outside for some customers to walk out and then you walk in, but the bottom line is at least were a little bit closer to getting back to a new norm. James im going to go in there if its open up. I dont touch food court food, the ones that you do, but if theres a hamburger thats my name on there you go. Yeah. Pick me up Something Else that 10 when you get back some saying thank you. Well, all right the time now is 7. 11. New this speaking of reopening in the coronavirus theres actually big news in the race to find a vaccine for the coronavirus with johnson and johnson now beginning a huge final study on a single dose vaccine. So you dont need the double shot like some of these others apparently will need. So this study started this morning, so it just started its the worlds study so far in fact are going to be testing up to 60,000 people these are all volunteers from here in the u. S. And around the world. We know that a handful of other vaccines in the u. S. Are still under development. Weve got moderna working on one pfizer working on one their in their final stages of testing the hope is that we might have a vaccine announced by the end of the year and then it will take several months of course still maybe middle of next year to get production wrapped up so that we can all get a shot and everything that are going back to normal thats the hope james can i show you something what can you share as a script. I didnt didnt realize that i was going to go yesterday or fresh just our front does woman. Yeah she has the bling and she got one for me like almost like gaga. Thats horns to be for every occasion this is fancy right. So i just thought it looks a little to spark we might see me coming and 7. 12 at the time right now coming up on the kron 4 morning news President Trump shares his plans for the next 2 months before the election. Why he says hes confident hes going to get a second term. And looking outside right now skies are beautiful and clear across the east bay, what a change from yesterday and youre berkeley view a lot of sunshine expected later on to your forecast ahead. And we still have a little bit of a backup at the bay bridge toll plaza but its slowly improving you need to get out there early because its stacked up off and on from the 80 overcrossing but only 11 if you want to get a look at the weather as it seems like we breathe easy again today little bit there, good morning. Good air good morning, nice sunny skies, it doesnt get much better than this wednesday. Well and with what im talking about this weekend you really do want to savor every bit of what were about to see today. The Golden Gate Bridge beautiful Crystal Clear and as for air quality is good to go all across the bay all our sensors reporting green indicating that air quality will remain good for yet another day can spoil lately that does change this weekend though the steady on shore flow is place nice cool air from the pacific are right over the bay that reverses on into the weekend and were going to be seeing less and less of an ocean breeze and more and more winds from our inland valleys pushing out towards the coast along with the spike in temperatures that will bring us were also going to see some very low humidity and heightened fire danger for the inland east bay fire weather watches take effect saturday and last through monday with winds gusting as high as 30 to 40 Miles Per Hour. Same for all of Solano County and upper are in sonoma and napa counties again during that same time frame that saturday through monday weve seen enough wildfires already if you are getting outside this weekend please practice extreme caution, 70s at the bayside today a few 60s right at the coast and then 80s for inland valleys and well keep that going for tomorrow and friday too. Saturday sunday and monday thats when the switch up occurs and triple digits return for some inland cities. 90s right along the bay. Robin lets head over to the Richmond Sandra fell bridge. Were taking a look at west bound 5. 80 for those of you who are about to head into the north bay a little busy for you but not bad the backup, heres filling out to castro street still sell from castro right through the pay gates and then its going to pick up so 11 minutes off to one on one with no big trouble spots there and we havent had any reports of any accidents or stalls heading across the span so were in pretty good shape. So far. Lets head over to the bay bridge toll plaza were checking the delay at the pay gates, there is a line and its been off and on right now is just for the 8. 80 overcrossing but looking good west of Treasure Island under 15 minutes into San Francisco, 92 still at the limit 14 minutes, thats a huge improvement compared to the last hour we still have 2 crashes wrapping up on the nimitz 80 north at the they happen in the same spot so coming out of fremont your slow from thornton through the scene and it looks like we have some southbound looking lose staring over at the northbound activity so now south 80s slow out of union city into fremont theyre approaching the because of those crashes back to you. All right, thank you very much rob and we are now 41 days away from the november election President Trump says hes confident in winning his second term weve got joe donlon now sitting down with the president to talk about his key decisions. Ahead of the election. You know who is right now i have a pretty good idea havent made a final decision but pretty good idea starting with the Supreme Court opening the president said he will announce his nominee saturday as for the upcoming election. He said his strategy to get to a second term is to focus on his opponent. Well number one i think you have to convince people that joe biden you know hes not hes not fit for the position. Hes not you can handle this position. It couldnt do it in prime time let alone now as the United States passes 200,000 deaths from the coronavirus we asked the president if theres anything he would have done differently early on in the pandemic the only thing ive done poorly is the Public Relations but thats because of a fake press, the press is fake. They dont write the truth and we have done an incredible job, considering the fact that this is a terrible situation. Mister trump it many familiar themes, attacking the press and listing his accomplishments saying hes done more in 4 years than most president s have done in 8. Adding the next 4. Well be incredible youre going to win on november, 3rd i think so i mean based on our should. Based on the enthusiasm i should. Based on the massive crowds are we getting i should ive had one of the most successful administrations in history, the first president ial debate. Is next tuesday. Joe donlon at the white house. 7. 19 and for your money this morning 5 g wireless is coming to the bart system and california is a top state for teachers, jane king is live in new york with those stories and more hi jane. Heidari a good morning like california, one of the best states to be a Public School teachers, a water break the state 12. For the second highest percentage of top ranked public high schools, california was never one for opportunities in competition for teachers well, the wireless plan of that will go on bart includes wife eye on all trains small cells along the rail line and 5 g antennas and every underground station of artists working with the Wireless Company mobility to bring the 5 g mobile connections to the train systems in the tunnels and stations by 2023 a 5 g superfast connections up to 10 to 100 times the speed of 4 temper 13th looks like its going to be prime day this year thats going to several reports but not yet confirmed by amazon out usually in july it was delayed this year because of the pandemic is the companys biggest sales day of the year surpassing black friday and cyber monday combined and mcdonalds customers fighting to get all Day Breakfast back the fast food chain stopped offering allDay Breakfast in the pandemic just kind of make things simpler. The customers miss it Restaurant Owners and workers they say its easier without it live from new york, im case of breakfast usually ends at i was just finding out from my producer 10 during what 1010 38. You people are given up later with the pandemic and stuff and roll out of bed, they want that all day but i to happen and sometimes you just want an egg mcmuffin today only time now 7. 21 coming up. On the kron 00 04am morning news schools in Alameda County getting a little bit closer to reopening. Teachers though in oakland are warning against doing that too soon well explain. And heres a live look outside we have our camera at the bay bridge approach theres the sun peeking up over the east bay hills john with more on that really nice looking sky conditions out there the conditions out there the forecast with him the traffic rush to work, grab a drink, hurry home. [cell phone beeps] stop dont be on your phone. Let someone else take the wheel. Make a little eye contact. Make a plan. Its a busy world out there. Were all in it together. Go safely, california. Thats why aarp created community connections. An online tool to find or create a mutual aid group, get help, or help those in need. Stay connected, with aarp. A drink with friends can turn into two, and a prescription can be stronger than you thought. Stop there are a lot of ways to get a dui. And a lot of ways to go text a friend, call a cab, share a ride. Whatever you choose to do, go safely, california. And were back time now is 7. 24 in San Francisco, at least 2 schools are now allowing in person classes. These are schools that were inspected and approved to reopen the schools include redbridge education in the dogpatch neighborhood and the San Francisco school in the portola neighborhood, San Francisco county launched a new online tool so that parents could see how many schools have applied for waivers and how many had been inspected and then ultimately how many had been given the green light to reopen and if youd like to visit that link go to our website kron 4 dot com weve put a post there that will take you right to it in the east bay schools, Alameda County get to reopen a if the county remains in the red tier for 2 weeks, but the teachers union. For the oakland Public Schools is warning against in class learning too soon. Safety criteria that still needs to be negotiated. Agreed upon before return to he doing any in Person Learning we have to make sure that were Holding Community safety student safety. In the highest regard because as weve seen across the country and even internationally. Casey of children contracting and spreading covid have been on the rise. Alameda countys most recent health order clarified that schools have to continue to do Distance Learning until local conditions support in Person Learning in the south bay Santa Clara County has been in the states red chair for 2 weeks and that means all the schools, ken starr in person classes but the San Jose Unified School district says its going to keep up with the Distance Learning at least through the end of the year, a spokesperson says they dont feel its safe to come back yet. Because there are other things that are in the county guidelines that are still prohibited right indoor gatherings for example and from my perspective if people cant gather indoors than it doesnt make a lot of sense to put 30 kids in a classroom together which seems similar to an indoor gathering. 28,000 students go to schools in san jose the district says that they are not yet ready with the testing either they want to do regular covid test for the students. Recently there was a coronavirus outbreak here the santa rosa Memorial Hospital and now staff is saying more needs to be 7. 29 is the time and we are wanna check the weather and traffic because things are going to be changing i guess over the next couple of days, yeah, robin, how the roads roads are ok. The bridges were pretty packed in the 6 oclock hour. But now its starting to thin out on seeing a huge improvement in just a couple of crosses wrapping up ok and how about the weather thats a nice clear shot behind you john big change from yesterday guys it was gray all across the bay yesterday and this just beautiful from timber on. Golden gate bridge clear in the distance nice little glow as the sun begins to come up. No fog. No cloud cover hardly at all across the bay area to kick things off an air quality is good. We are green across the region indicating that we are holding on to those good conditions weve gotten spoiled with over the weekend on to the beginning of this week 50s and 60s are your current temperatures a cooler start to the day than yesterday. So if youre outside for more than just a few minutes, especially in the north bay may want to bring just a light jacket with you later on today, daytime highs will be comfortable yet again with all that sunshine it will be a beautiful one to step out enjoy some 70s and 80s robin. All right were off to you the favorite self aza checking the drive into San Francisco, and although we have a line at the toll plaza, its a huge improvement compared to the 6 oclock hour when it was just packed it was a full house heading into San Francisco. So you will have a weight its not bad, its just beyond the atv overcrossing were looking at 13 minutes to make it and thats a great average off to fremont street. If you use shore freeway as one of your approach is its just a little crowded out of richmond 90 minutes total from crockett down to the maze and we have these 2 crashes wrapping up leaving fremont 80 north at to kowtow. It looks like most of the activity has been cleared off to the side theres just a little bit of residual slowing in both directions north and south leading up to the scene back to you. Thanks a lot of 7. 31 right now in our top story as the of the late Justice Ruth Bader ginsburg and you can see. Some of her law clerks here that are lined up to pay tribute and guard the gates where there have the ropes people are going to be able to view the casket. I just want to add she said that once she learned that she was the notorious b i g which was a reference on the rapper she had no idea and she asked. What is one of her clothes and then she said now i get it because were both from brooklyn, you know and were trailblazers in and then she kind of took up that. That cool guard and she would go work every day with a bag that read i dissent and that became sort of her marching marching to. So now as the casket is going to be on for the next couple of days today and tomorrow with the public and then on friday on her body will lie in state in the capitol the u. S. Capitol first woman ever to do that history the country and then after friday we understand that President Trump is then expected to announce his nomination to fill. The now vacant seat that will be on saturday. Again he holds to that schedule. So well bring that coverage as well and that news comes out and republicans are telling of the votes to confirm as soon as possible democrats are saying though that the new court could strip millions of americans of their health care right and more because one of the first things the Supreme Court is going to be taking up. In the new session is healthcare mine and obama care and there are a lot of things that people are concerned about if that were to go away then probably one of the biggest ones if not the biggest has preexisting conditions. Yeah they always want to make sure that those are covered because. For example if you had a battle with covid and then it came back and cause a problem down the road if it wa considered preexisting it wouldnt be covered. And well continue to bring more coverage of this throughout the morning turning our attention back to some local headlines. Now we have contra costa and sonoma counties are the only 2 in the bay area not advancing to the less restrictive red tier in california is reopening framework while were under this pandemic this would have allowed for Indoor Dining and personal services and in Person Learning to along with museums and other businesses to reopen Indoor Service at different capacity levels of course but Business Owners say, yes, although they are disappointed that the county isnt progressing like its neighboring counties are they do understand, but its important to only move forward when its safe to do so. Its really hard not being about upper indoors. We have about 60 of capacity outdoor here. How do they actually harder now that some of that is to the people tear. Well we have the opportunity to kind of focused not too psyched to understand that we have more Contra Costa County met with at the states red tour criteria for one week now and it could move into the red tour officially as soon as next week. Meanwhile Sonoma County is still being held back. Happening today in Sonoma CountyHealth Care Workers are going to rally to demand more covid testing and protective equipment. Yeah thats the story the kron 4 Sarah Stinson is on for she joins us now live from santa rosa with more on whats happening sarah. James darya the reason that hospital workers here at santa rosa Memorial Hospital are going to rallies because theres actually a coronavirus outbreak that occurred here. Recently and 26 Staff Members were infected. They tested positive with coronavirus 5 patients tested positive is a scary time and now the Health Care Workers involved say that they are demanding things change so that this doesnt happen again big claims being made by caregivers saying they were denied testing in even staff says they were exposed. Claim they have been denied a test in the hospital is telling a completely different story saying an investigation in testing were conducted immediately take a look at the statement i just got it from Saint Joseph Health saying consistent with guidance from the cdc in county Health Officials all caregivers believed to have highrisk exposure from the incident completed 3 rounds of testing and there is no additional covid19 positive caregivers or patients identified now part of a much longer statement the hospital continued saying they ensured all caregivers who are exposed receive the care they needed and caregivers a part of this cluster did not pay for testing now the hospital says they have introduced new safeguards, including more social distancing additional plexiglass partitions and proper ppe but some of the staff was going to be out here today at noon they disagree they say they were denied testing and they dont think enough is being done to prevent this from happening in the futures thing to be rolling out here, they say theres going to be some elected officials out here as well this morning were on the verge of talking to both sides in person so hopefully we can get that for you for the show and this morning for now reporting live in santa rosa Sarah Stinson kron 4 news, okay, well see how that all pans out. Thank you sarah. 7. 36 is the time in 6 bay area employers were cited by cal osha for failing to protect employees from contracting coronavirus one of them is the Santa Rosa Police department they got the stiffest penalty of 32,000 for failing to screen people with coronavirus symptoms as is required by the state and the Police Department failed to report an employees death of covid for 2 weeks until after they died. The San Francisco turns out has had the lowest covid19 death rate of any other major us city throughout this pandemic San Francisco has recorded 99 covid related deaths during the pandemic compared to new york for instance, which recorded close to 24,000 deaths. Local doctors at ucsf believe the death rate is low because people are following the rules set by city leaders and that includes Wearing Masks and social distancing. Doctors also say shutting down the city early help prevent or hospitals from becoming overwhelmed. The success begets more success and by that i mean that when new york uphold arise in march and april the hospitals got overwhelmed and people died because of that there were you know the number of nurses per patient ratios were. Were were were really not very safe. San francisco because weve done so well taken that seriously made the right moves our Health Care System has not gotten overwhelms. Now doctors say its important for people to continue following covid19 guidelines as we wait for a vaccine. In terms of the numbers so far the state has recorded now more than 793,000 confirmed cases of covid19 against since the pandemic began with more than 15,000 deaths for the bay area specifically weve recorded more than 97,000 cases with more than 1400 deaths now associated with covid19. Disney parks and resorts executives are pressuring says the state to allow them to reopen they say the continued closures is devastating Orange County in anaheim. 10s of thousands of people rely on disney for work. All california theme parks have been closed even though as we saw gosh, its been a couple of months, florida got to reopen for disney world. Governor newsome hinted an announcement on this could be very very shortly is all he would say 7. 38 and still ahead morning news, the family of a man killed by an offduty Police Officer is filing a lawsuit. Were going to tell you why they say his civil rights were violated. And another beautiful one across the bay today for inland areas it will be a tease for your daytime highs with abundant sunshine, even sunshine out towards the coast with 60s for your highs right along the shoreline. Your forecast is ahead. And the traffic heading into San Francisco continues to improve its just a little sluggish leading up to the bay bridge toll plaza so its San Franciscos your destination get out there a little earlier averaging 13 minutes to make so youre a small business, or a big one. He had nearly 30 years of experience on the job again he was off duty at the time lawyers say despite his death that doesnt clear the Police Departments from being liable in this shooting. They dont get to just should a person who is causing its threat to you or anyone that doesnt justify person. Effectively executing a person from a great distance father screaming screaming for help. The familys lawyers say this picture also shows how the Little Police violated reasons civil rights. You can see. That that the thomas inside the crime scene taking pictures. Reasons body even though he was not working at the time and the lawsuit says some vallejo Police Officers with no connection to the case they stopped by to look at the body as well and were allowed. We reached out but had no comment yet from the delay hold nor from the richmond Police Departments. Yesterdays cougars today, raccoons and coyotes in Golden Gate Park which is under abundant sunshine right now. Just as the Golden Gate Bridge is as well and also air quality nice and clean. We are looking at good conditions from north to south inland to the coast all across the bay area. Now lets get a look at where were heading so weve enjoyed a steady onshore breezes kept us really comfortable across the bay really over the course of the past week help to clean up our air too and were continuing to see that onshore breeze today winds for the most part pushing inland helping to filter out any smoke. These winds will continue to keep conditions, nice and cool with see from the pacific pushing in through thursday into friday friday we start to warm up though, and we begin to trade in this sea breeze for some hot dry winds from our inland valleys which will push out towards the coast. What does this mean for us well first, its going to result and a big spike in temperatures second some really dry air and 3rd of course some very breezy conditions. This heightens fire danger into the weekend and from saturday through monday inland parts of the east bay as well as all of Solano County and then upper elevations of marine sonoma and napa counties will experience wind gusts as high as 50 Miles Per Hour at times so use extreme caution if you are stepping outside at all this weekend as for today 70s and 80s beautiful and we will be looking at that holding up for a couple more days before you see it on your sevenday forecast those 90s in triple digits arrive saturday through monday. Robin. Thank you john rough to the golden gate. Were checking in on cisco and its looking really good. We dont have any big problems so come on and while its nice and quiet youre averaging 21 minutes to make your way southbound from nevado to San Francisco all right over to the bay bridge. The line is getting thinner its not so bad here at the toll plaza we consider this a minor wait at the pay gates, theres another stretch of crowding west of Treasure Island heading out the suspension and over toward fremont street so keep that in mind but 40 minutes is still a really good drive time and its actually a little bit heavier now at the Richmond Sandra fell bridge. This commute starts later in the morning so 13 minutes to make it to the north bay, a really quick peak at highway for your recovering from a crash in concord thats why its just under 30 minutes from antioch over to conquer james.
