Of our mornings in a whole lot brighter than weve been as well. Air quality has improved because of an ice, a sea breeze that has pushed steadily in the past few days we are seeing low clouds at the coast. So do watch some foggy spots out there, but dont have to watch so closely air quality today as we see good to moderate conditions all across the board only a couple of moderate pockets remaining so get out there and enjoy what will be a very nice one for definitely breathing easy 50s and 60s for your current temperatures with 67 right now in oakland, San Francisco and berkeley in the low 60s, little cooler up in the north bay im talking what to expect today and for the weekend ahead of us to still to come. Robin. Thank you john its quite busy on some of our bridges the bay bridge 80 west, its recovering from 2 earlier crashes so its still quite slow. Its still backed up through the bottom of the maze so just get out there early if you plan on heading into San Francisco because youre going to have to sit in this its spilling over to all major connectors right now, heres 92 not so bad 15 minutes and growing from hayward over to san mateo but youre going to have to get through some slow traffic on the minutes if youre trying to access 92. We had a crash in hayward 80 south of tenants and that was blocking 3 lanes and now youre backed up into san leandro and on to 2. 38 so that traffic has not recovered we still have a crash wrapping up 5 in the west at haas the end a repair for a lot of break tapping out of livermore from 84 on 5. 80 west all the way up to the scene there at the haas and exit darya james, thanks a lot rob and we have breaking news from overnight that recovering in the south and san jose where 2 people were killed and 3 injured in a shooting, lets go to the scene now weve got kron fours will tran standing by with the very latest in san jose and well youre awfully close to the campus of san jose state. About 2 blocks away from the campus of San Jose State University over the past couple of minutes, the coroners office. Finally arrived james story on the other side of the crime scene you can see that mobile crime lab on the other side of that that is San Jose State University. So thats how close we are to the campus. You can see this is still very much an active scene officers coming in going detectives are focusing on that white car in the middle of the roadway. There are also going to that building that White Building on the left side of your screen. So far as far as we know they have not made any arrests in the case that heres video of the scene this all went down at around 10 oclock last night so many people are inside but they were awake at the time and they said that they heard multiple gunshots in fact, 3 people or in the hospital this particular time we dont know their conditions unfortunately 2 people their injuries so significant that they actually died at the scene they had to shut down this neighborhood told people to stay inside because they were not sure if the shooter or shooters. Were running through the neighborhood so they had to make sure everybody was inside did their manhunt at this particular time they dont have a description of who theyre looking for. But we did get a chance to talk to some of the people inside the homes at the time. Heres what they said about what they heard. I heard 5 shots go off. They heard a bunch of screaming. Theres a couples cars skirting and i would tell my wife its kind of like shut the lights off and locked the doors. I mean sadly like kind of typical theres theres stuff that happens around this im not shocked by it, but its pretty crazy that like. Somebody was shot. And james duryea reportedly before the multiple shots rang out that the neighbors were saying that they did hear some shots a short time before that happened other we are hearing of those shots causing any injury as far as the motive behind this they simply dont know and the 5 victims. They dont know if they were part of a if they were Family Members and thats something that they still need to sort out at this particular time a lot of people waking up and this is at 8th and margaret 2. 80 actually is right in front of me a lot of people are getting up at this particular time they are allowed to leave their home of course so long as they dont work they dont walk towards the crime scene but instead walk away from the crime scene into their cars back to you. All right. Thanks well. Well big story that were also following this morning just a couple days after the world saw a record oneday rise in covid cases, california is infection rate actually falling. And today marin county actually gets to move into a new phase more businesses are allowed to start doing business indoors. Kron 4 Sarah Stinson is live in marin county. So where do we get to go inside now. Restaurants movie theaters gyms im here at Larkspur Landing the Shopping Center area where you can see theres a restaurant here several gyms like soulcycle i saw people over here working out outdoor still you can only do 10 at gym. So maybe its more worthwhile for them to work out outside im not sure but a lot more we can do indoors here in Warren County heading tear to take a look at this map so you can see which other areas in the bay area are also in tier 2. Those areas are in the pink in a sea of purple this tier is substantial risk category for the statewide tear system compared to tear one which is widespread, so the colorcoded terror system the only other counties in tier 2 are napa San Francisco and santa clara counties now moving into tier to take a look we actually rode it out for you so you dont get confused includes Retail Stores indoor malls at 5450 capacity restaurants museums places of worship can reopen at 25 capacity, certain personal Care Services like skin here. Nail salons those places can also resume indoor operations gyms can reopen too. But like weve learned from San Francisco only at 10 capacity its not going to be a lot of people inside those gyms as well as movie theaters at 25 capacity is talk to a man who said hes excited because he has 3 kids and so hes looking forward to bringing his kids to movie theaters cities to do that at least once a month and now its gone on half a year without being able to do this talking with people here in Warren County a lot of them telling me that theyre really excited theyre ready for this next step, however they there is some in terms of whether or not this is going to stick around. Because they are just concerned that were going to go into this next year and then have to revert right back in you know thats always the case you just have to look at the coronavirus case numbers but it is a step in the right direction if a county stays in tier 2, 4, 2 weeks consistently, then they can reopen their schools without that whole application process and so well have to see if that happens here in marin county if it does it could be as soon as september 29th now may continue to talk to people hear from some of them in the next hour of the kron 4 morning news for now, im live in marin county Sarah Stinson kron 4 news all right, thanks a lot of sarah. Well new this morning, the federal government has a plan to make covid19 vaccines free for all americans in a report to Congress HealthOfficials Say they plan to roll out vaccines in january or possibly earlier the treatment would require 2 doses 2128 days apart. Initially there will be a limited supply so at the front of the line will be Health Workers and other essential employees along with people in vulnerable groups then a second and 3rd phase will expand vaccines to everyone else. Well covid19 case numbers continue to fall across california fact the state was officially removed from new York New Jersey and connecticut, mandatory 14 day quarantine list for travelers. California was first added to that list back in june. So weve improved at least that much the statewide Positivity Rate is down 3. 6 over the last 2 weeks and an average rate of 7. 7 cases per 100,000 people and you can see by the graph just how sharply weve been able to bring that down since the peak during the summer. We are tracking local coronavirus cases as well and here are the latest numbers for you. The state has recorded more than 768,000 cases to date with more than 14,000 deaths and in the bay area alone. 93,000 cases confirmed with nearly 1300 people dying again from coronavirus in the east bay, a Fatal Police Shooting from last year has created a movement advocating for better practices. For those people who are struggling with Mental Health, 23 yearold miles hall was fatally shot by Walnut Creek Police in june of 2019. His family called 911. They wanted help because they say he was suffering from a mental breakdown and they were worried they were concerned for everybody. Hall ended up being fatally shot after he ran from the officers with a metal bar in his hand. Now his friends and family are demanding officers be removed from these Mental Health crises calls and that the officers be replaced by social workers. You called because you need to want to come and help come of compassion and guns so to have the behind us and supporting us as then for mark abul i dont think we would be his have gotten this far. As we have because we know that now. Some of our efforts are going to help save other lights. You can understand how distraught to the mother would be that the family themselves called the police and you know her son ended up getting killed but city leaders are worried that having a program with social workers responding could put those social workers lives at risk. City leaders are looking to have a Program Designed by next january meantime the d a report on halls death is expected to come out by the end of this year. Now lets get to the breaking news on the gulf coast, which is a Hurricane Sally has made landfall as a category 2 hurricane at the Florida Panhandle and South Alabama coast about a 150,000 homes and businesses have no electricity right now you can see the waves the wind. The rain as sally strengthened approaching land with rising to a cat 2 with wind speeds at a 100 miles an hour. Dozens of people have already been rescued from flooded out homes in alabama, the Weather Service reports 3 feet of water in Downtown Pensacola thats crazy you can shovel that 3 feet of water, yeah thats insane and thats one of the big issues with storms like this you have the storm surge and then the wind to look at the big rig. Over on to its side, i know and we do these live reports, you know we saw a reporter out there getting pelted by the rain i still cant believe that people do that thats pretty incredible well be tracking obviously is daylight arrives were going to get more and more pictures of that part of the country so well share that with you throughout the broadcast to stay tuned, well take a quick break at 7. 12, but still ahead could halloween be canceled this year its beginning to happen in some cities. The director of californias Human Services says it should have more on that coming up after the break and good news for us here in the bay area or air quality clearing out that means a good chance to step back outside today and breathe easy 70s and 80s for your highs, ive got your forecast ahead. And the slow traffic is not clearing out its getting heavier by the minute and youre recovering from earlier problems so get out there early were checking the bay bridge still jam from the maze plus several other slow welcome back 7. 15 on this wednesday morning, nice stuff to talk about in todays forecast we do have some cloud cover sitting up above us. But this cloud cover is not the last for long timber on right here actually really pretty view you can make out the Golden Gate Bridge in the distance and something thats really the most noticeable change from where we have been over the course of the past 30 days is how much better air quality is if youre not seeing is shade of yellow orange or red on this map you are good with moderate areas being indicated by yellow just a couple pockets of those even those areas are looking pretty good yourselves read still out in the Central Valley towards the Sierra Nevada where wildfire smoke is still being put up. So if you are heading that direction today dont expect air quality to be as good as were about to have it in the bay area now why weve seen such big improvements. Weve got this wind pushing in from the pacific thats been steady now for multiple days, this frontal boundary just sitting offshore will eventually descend into the bay area further cleaning things out for us into your thursday and your friday after that winds begin to relax saturday and we actually trade in that coastal breeze for a warm in land breeze. Thats going to be pushing smoke back out to the bay come sunday that means were not necessarily out of the woods first mo coast but for the time being today tomorrow and friday enjoy the clear skies that we do have you see study we in winds from the coast this morning, not all that breezy, but just enough to be pushing that cloud cover fog and cleaner air into the region, 60s and 70s for daytime highs at the coast today do expect. Some cloudy conditions right along the coastline even into early afternoon while the rest of the bay area just gets a lot of sunshine that means 70s 80s, sunshine and clear skies with no haze. A good chance to get back outside doing outside work out and just enjoy what will be our best air quality day and some time, 70s 80s for the east bay with hayward at 77 oakland at 76. Danville walnut creek in conquered all of 87. Well low 80s in napa valley, how indonesia all 83 60s and Stinson Beach in poent raise while 78 in noe valley today. Tomorrow and friday looking just as nice as today as far as temperatures and air quality go. Saturday were likely to see winds coming down and by sunday a bit of smoke returning to the bay to round out our last couple days of summer before the start of fall on tuesday. Robin. All right, thank you john lets check in on the traffic now which is pretty busy so if youre getting ready to pack up and roll out do expect some crowding out there and some spots starting off with the richmond sandra fell lets bound 5. 80 leading up to the tolls pretty crowded here. Youre backed up just beyond the western drive on ramp so that backup is growing by the minute. Here are the bay bridge. We are recovering from 2 earlier crashes plus some of this is commute traffic as well so its low off and on from the bottom of the maze, a look at the nimitz because we had a crash in hayward it clear but it was blocking 3 lanes its located in the south from to 38 to 84 making your way into newark and one still wrapping up here 5. 80 west said haas the youre going to be stuck in traffic leaving livermore heading west on 5. 80 all the way up to that haas and exit highway for not so bad one oh one looks good 10 minutes heading north from morgan hill to san jose james all right. Thank you very much robin. The director of californias Human Services has advocated for canceling halloween this year there are at least halloween as we know it. We have Dennis Shanahan with more. Halloween is still about 6 weeks away. But inside the van joleens costa mansion in old sack. Every day now is like the 31st of october the manager on duty says halloween business is strong whether they want to dress up from another time, another planet plenty of people are snatching up costumes and supplies but what will halloween look like in the age of covid19. Thank you mister pumpkin head, but well let the states director of health and Human Services handle this just say on the way weve tricked and treated in the house is not going to be the way that its done this year in may in fact be the safest thing not to do it the way weve done in the or at all doctor mark galli says the state is working to come up with clear consistent halloween guidance that will be announced at a later time hopefully you we dont lose a tradition shoppers we met at eventually ins are determined to keep the holiday light. Buy halloween standards. People should be able to choose whether or not they want the halloween everything is doable 100 tiana is a nurse all the things will still be of houses and still be decorated and you can still buy candy for your children. And you can still just a but i would like to see people irresponsible and not have so much of the parties this year and the crowded trick or treating with covid19 adding a different layer of fear to the holiday tradition of trick or treating is up in the air i dont know about it this year if im actually go trick or treating her this give out candy was formed on halloween might be a skeleton of its former self as more families choose to keep the cobwebs indoors. This year we just let them pick out some special surprises and well probably just. Have a little cousin gathering and do some special with the family. I was Dennis Shanahan reporting the state is set to put up there to put out guidance on halloween in the coming days until then efforts to save halloween are getting traction on social media. Time now is 7. 24 your money this morning a decision on the tick tock oracle deal may come soon. And and in anti truce trust a lawsuit against facebook could come to an end soon. Jane king is live in new york with those stories and more hygiene. Hi daryn good morning. Well, the federal trade commission is according to the wall street journal preparing a possible antitrust lawsuit against facebook it could be filed by the end of this year now this is a case that could challenge the companys dominant position in social media, it is possible that they could try to break facebook up so theyre looking to see if facebook stifles competition in particular well the u. S. Government reviewing oracles trusted Tech Partnership with chinese owned video app tik tok and they could have a decision on that perhaps as early as today, we do expect by the end of the week now the deal is seen as controversial the Trump Administration initial standard was that the u. S. Operations of tiktok be controlled by us company. But under this oracle deal according to wall street journal. The Chinese Government was still own a stake in it and the u. S. P s name at the center of a string of phishing schemes that have been slamming phones nationwide was spammy tech so you get a text or a mysterious number they claim that your delivery from the Postal Service or fedex ups in some cases as well as some sort of issue that requires your immediate attention now the Better Business bureau put out in its own memo warning people about these delivery scams and spam plain and simple and General Motors exploring the aerial taxi market as we know it flying taxis in flying cars, no air taxis are vertical takeoff and landing aircraft to use electric motors instead of jet engines, corporate and private investors they believe in this they put in more than 2 billion dollars into aerial vehicle startups including drones and electric air taxis of course is to build is a long way to go. Commercialization profitability and all that live from new york, im jane king back to you this is nobodys even leaving their couch are still home. Youre not even still going to going to be next year, its looking more like next year okay, all right, thanks j. It will look for you that. Its 7. 23 is the time still ahead on the kron 4 morning news, we are of course tracking the coronavirus and now you can with your phone. Well tell you what local researchers are hoping to do and how well new this morning, good news for College Football fans, the big 10 conference has announced that they will begin their season next months the conference will require athletes and coaches of course to undergo daily testing. Test results must be reported before each practice and before each game. The conference will have a shortened season only playing 8 games this season will begin on the weekend of october 23rd, and its not clear fans will be allowed. Well let you know. A new ucsf study could help open up businesses that have been closed because of covid ucsf doctors created a covid Contact Tracing app called covid seeker and now doctors are looking for people who have tested positive for the virus and those who have never had the virus to sign up for the app doctors say if there are enough participants. They could be able to predict whats going to happen next in terms of the infection rate. We have directions on how you can sign up for that app on kron 4 dot com. Up next new testing sites opening in berkeley coming up after the break well explain how the city has managed to keep their positive. Coronavirus cases low during this pande welcome back it is 7. 29 right now and were breathing a lot easier than we well the day before yesterday yesterday we got our first break maybe today again. Yeah, its looking like today will be even better guys so a lot to look forward to especially after about 30 days about air quality we will not be taking this for granted. Youre coastal spots looking really nice this morning, some speckled sunshine making its way through the clouds up above not a whole lot of fog at the surface cloud covers mostly sitting right above the bay, so visibility is actually been pretty good so so far to start even better your air quality if youre not seeing yellow orange or red which is most of us in the bay area. You are under good conditions and what a nice change only a couple of pockets of moderate still hanging on. Temperatures right now are mostly in the 60s with san jose at 64 right there with the unconquered at 64 as well, warm spot in the bay this morning has been opened at 67 degrees. Go ahead get outside take that job and dont worry so much about what youre breathing in. Robin. All right, thank you john were checking in on 6. 80 want to take a peek at the ride and north and south into an out of walnut creek and its looking pretty good so far with no big trouble spots here we see the camera zoomed into south main street but so far youre at the limit from highway 4 through on a creek in all the way out to danville here at the bay bridge were recovering from earlier crashes plus a lot of this is just typical slow crowding for this time of morning so still jam from the bottom of the maze and just getting word of an encampment on fire right next to the east shore freeway in berkeley. The University Avenue onramp to 80 west is temporarily closed as i zoom out you can see 80 west is slow out of albany all the way down into berkeley that fire attracting a little bit of attention so 21 minutes from crockett to the maze james started. All right, thank you very much robin will happening today some businesses will finally be allowed to reopen outdoors in Contra Costa County this includes personal care skirt services that do involve close contact kron fours reyna harvey is live in Contra Costa County so what can we do there now. All if you like to play cards have the car rooms are going to be opening back up but outdoors in the show you right behind me. You can see this setup here. This is not the only place that is going to be letting people come in play games also personal Care Services that involved close contact with face may Begin Operating outdoors except for tattooing piercing and non medical electrolysis now theyre saying racetracks also mission card rooms are going to able to operate outdoors along with the Music Television and hey if you want to make a movie filled production may also resume as well. Now professional sports without live audiences may resume as well so you like to play games or do any of those things you can also. Do that now i have been out here talking to residents this morning and i was able to talk to a gentleman by the name of david, heres david right behind me david you know a lot of these places are going to be reopening. So can i get your thoughts on hall, you feel about that and i go ahead but the mike over by. Thank the regarding opening i think the whole country would like to be. Back to the way normal used to be. But this virus is not normal. And it doesnt have boundaries and if the people dont respect this virus. They can open they can go back. They cannot wear masks make a socially interact as they used to and theyll get sick and they will die if their health is bad enough. I fear that. I believe doctor fauci mention that. Perhaps something worse is still yet to come. It was a no. The medical field. As an emt retired. I tend to believe doctors and scientists it scares me what could happen to people. One to jump too far too fast. What i love to see the country open again 100 . But it comes it could come with an asking price. David thank you so much for talking to me this morning. So as you can see the sentiment. A lot of people out here although were going to have other businesses start to reopen again. Not everybody so confident about that in terms of the car behind me. Still no word yet if theyre going to be opening today, but as you can see already starting that process right here reporting on here in Contra Costa County reyna harvey kron 4 news, thanks a lot of well elsewhere in the east bay, the city of berkeley has managed to keep positive coronavirus cases low during this pandemic and city leaders say its all do to frequent testing. So the city recently opened a drivethru testing site in the North Berkeley bart station and so far more than 1300 people have gotten tests through that a city spokesperson says the drivethru system has helped because people well they dont need to wait outside in all the bad air and they can stay in their the safety of their cars. With air quality one of the things that we liked about the drivethru process is that people can do it within their own car. Theres a very minimal amount of air coming in. And the test is free for all berkeley residents, whether they have Health Insurance or not appointments are booked online and results can be available. They say within just a couple of days. The test site will be open until october 2nd. As San Francisco businesses continue operating indoors. We are learning that not all of the covid numbers are trending in the right direction. Hospitalizations started going down in august. But then they started going up again this month increasing about 29 . The number of new daily cases is also concerning while there has been an overall decline since july the number of new daily cases remains in the red zone with San Francisco averaging 61 new covid cases a day. We dont want to turn back the clock. So i know those businesses are going to be working hard to stay open. Theyre going to be following the guidelines. And we need your cooperation to for us to continue reopening San Francisco to carefully add limited Indoor Services to bring children back into classrooms to rebuild our economy as safely as possible. Have to remain in our fight against this virus. City officials urge people to continue Wearing Masks social distancing, limiting your outdoor gatherings and wash your hands as 1 one nurse. So eloquently put it pretend that everything you touch has pooh on it and then what would you do you wash your hands. All right now to our wildfire coverage this morning as were tracking that as well. The creek fire. The big one down in Fresno County has burned morehthan 220,000 acres. Its currently 18 contained and you can see on the graph there the other major fires that were following as well. The august complex fire in mendocino and humboldt counties 30 contained the north complex fires in butte county about 34 contained and the eldorado fire burning in Riverside County now 61 contained and heres a map showing all of the fires burning across the state of california right now there are a number of them and thats why the smokes been so bad recently more than 3 million acres has gone up in smoke now with more than 4200 structures burned to the ground at least 35 people have also died in these fires. As for the one to burn in close to home the bay area complex of fires. We have the lnu complex in the north bay now 98 contained full containment, potentially for that and the s e u complex fires potentially by today. Both of them are at 98 . The czu complex fires in san mateo and santa cruz counties are now 93 contained and then lastly the woodward fire in marin county is now 95 contained. Its 7. 37 and still ahead on the kron 4 morning news apples latest line of new products being promoted to help students with Distance Learning and it can even help you if you were tracking your symptoms for coronavirus well tell you how. And as youre stepping outside today, youre doing so not worried so much about air quality anymore because we are good to go today. Beautiful day expected ahead of us too with highs in the 70s and 80s ive got your forecast to come. Well with more businesses more folks are heading back to work so were seeing some heavier traffic in a number of spots the bay bridge quite busy into San Francisco folks heading to work this morning stacked up in traffic from the bottom of the maze but i have bottom of the maze but i have several more slow sp rush to work, grab a drink, hurry home. [cell phone beeps] stop dont be on your phone. Let someone else take the wheel. Make a little eye contact. Make a plan. Its a busy world out there. Were all in it together. Go safely, california. A drink with friends can turn into two, and a prescription can be stronger than you thought. Stop there are a lot of ways to get a dui. And a lot of ways to go text a friend, call a cab, share a ride. Whatever you choose to do, go safely, california. Some 41 if im checking my apple device not on how one of just every other watch but wants to move products new high and model of the apple watch also a cheaper version of the apple watch which is my number one concern usually and the next generation ipad air. Experts say that could be helpful in Distance Learning. Also apple announcing a new subscription service. A new iphone was expected but they maybe that will come later this year as far as the apple thing goes in covid that i was teasing it takes your blood oxygen. Monitor you know like i had a really good thing for that because thats one of the big things for checking in now theyve got watch it does that say okay so maybe it costs more than mine. I think it actually tells the time. You just hit not one that works out one wow i want you to get on that fukudas this anymore you say what time is it you go like this i do all the time now takes too to see stuck in a room somewhere else and i forgot where was anyway. Well take a break coming up the coronavirus outbreak at a nursing home in the north bay to tell you about were going hear from families from Family Members of one patients battling the virus we are celebrating hispanic heritage month here on kron 4 in tampa florida. All right lets get a check of the forecast now john trouble standing by in the Weather Center good morning john good morning guys so much better out there today, what youre seeing is low clouds and not smoke across the bay area for a change this morning air quality really clearing out overnight yesterday was already pretty good and today, even better yet. With virtually all good conditions across the bay area. You head out to the Central Valley in the sierra and thats where youre still seeing some rather poor air quality at this time skies will clear out to the afternoon lots of sunshine to look forward to this wednesday later on once these low clouds clear out and this advancing front that is really slowly moving our direction will eventually further sweep out the state come thursday friday and saturday after that conditions relaxed we start to see offshore winds kicking back in that could result in some hazy or skies returning by sunday for the time being though this nice seabreeze is clearing us out so do enjoy what will be beautiful clean skies. This afternoon. 60s and 70s for your daytime highs today with our Cool Conditions obviously by the coast. Well have some low cloud cover hanging out even into the early afternoon. The rest of us solidly sunny by the afternoon ahead and with 70s and 80s in clean air. I hope you do get out there and enjoy it as much as you possibly can. After so many days about air quality weve certainly earned it oakland at 76 for the high today will conquer to 87 napa valley home benicia youll be up to 83 degrees each ball santa rosa through center fell also in the 80s. Tomorrow and friday not much different temperatures remain steady air quality remains good saturday winds. Relax and that will open the window for some smoke ripped back in by sunday. Robin thank you john were checking in on the bridges, 92 still a bit crowded right now leaving hayward heading over to the peninsula. And a lot of folks that are on the san mateo bridge were stuck in some slow traffic on the minutes we had a crash in hayward the nimitz cottesloe so folks relate making it to 92, but its not bad 17 minutes to the peninsula. Here at the bay bridge toll plaza we still have a big backup spilling just beyond west grand so prepare for heavy traffic coming in and all lanes open in berkeley, the University Avenue on ramp to 80 west was temporarily closed because of a little fire right next to the freeway so the ramp is open but the traffic is slow youre backed up all the way through richmond and it stays heavy right through Berkeley James all right. Thank you very much robert 7. 50 on the clock and were learning. About another covid19 outbreak in the bay area this time in a nursing home. It happened at the park rose garden thats up in fairfield so far at least 40 cases have been reported among the residents and the staff we have kay recede now speaking to a man who says that his mother has been battling the virus for a week. A private room here at parkrose gardens can cost at least 5,000 a month. Affordable one family says compared to nearby assisted living facilities, but that family son who asked us to protect his privacy says at what cost ill kerry. The man says his mother who has dementia and is in her 70s had been safe from covid19 during the first 2 waves the virus had hit the facility ever the first outbreak. Pass on all the residents he says the staff announced they would be separating residents to ensure their safety.
