Its a good example is in San Francisco and thats on the governors watch list if the school is in the county on the governors watch list then they have to go through a few more hoops they have to have major discussions were talking public hearings with parents the county Health Officer they need to talk other schools in the area see what theyre doing and have conversations about whether it is a smart idea to have in person classes take a look at more of guidelines that we rode out for you on your screens you can get a better idea and this includes developing plans for Health Screenings of Contact Tracing physical distancing testing Face Coverings will need to be required. The state says schools will need to implement a protocol if an outbreak occurs and make plans to switch back to Distance Learning if need be once the waiver application is sent in the state will review and decide of Elementary Schools should reopen with in person classes. County officials are warning people to take precautions. You know were starting to see we have seen that mass or a big deterrent for spread of covid19 so social distant protocols, a really key for preventing the spread. Number trending down not trending up the Governor Also Announced over the last 2 weeks hospitalizations are down 10 statewide. And icu admissions are down 5 . Courage in signs but one week does not make kind of trend that gives us confidence to generate headlines week are looking forward to that well need to see another few this kind of data to come in to feel more confident about where we are as a state governor credited changes in personal behavior coupled with the shutdown of certain businesses for the improved numbers, but he says more distancing maskwearing and hand washing is needed. Robin good morning, good morning everybody as youre talking about tornadoes there the reports coming out from just the last 24 hours or so with initial track of the Tropical Storm hurricane them becoming Tropical Storm has been more than a dozen tornadoes have been reported through this now this does tend to happen with land falling hurricanes because theyre somewhat balanced over water in relief for hurricane to develop it needs a different type of win. Then the wind shearing that builds tornadoes, so its an opposite type of effect a little bit. We have max winds now at 70 so its Still Holding just below the threshold for hurricane its over land too so not likely to redevelop into trotter to hurricane strength.
