James darya as a group of 9 people who are up for the grand princess cruise ship there from Northern California and they filed this class action and injury lawsuit in a federal court here in San Francisco and they are claiming that this cruise line is negligent and they want some compensation for what they had to go through allege they were exposed to the coronavirus as a result of gross negligence by the company. The complaint notes that before the trip from San Francisco to hawaii as recall thats where is going at least one passenger on the princess cruise ship was reported to have symptoms of coronavirus and despite knowing this the lawsuit states.
