Thats right justine Governor Newsom and mayor schaff emphasizing today at the News Conference that the 3500 or more than 3500 passengers and crew that are on board the grand princess will not be released into the city of oakland, we also learned today that of those people that are on board more than 900 are from california the grand princess cruise ship is set docked in the port of oakland tomorrow but at this point its still unclear when that will happen. But the cbc wanted to test those shared crew members before letting anyone off. So tonight, Health Officials gave the allclear and the regal princess safely docked in florida. But all future sailings for this particular ship have been canceled for the time being. Today passengers on the Carnival Panorama cruise ship are able to disembark in long beach after a medical situation forced them to stay on board for a day. A passenger got sick on a cruise and that was tested for the coronavirus the results were negative. The ship pulled into the port of 8 oclock on saturday morning with no one allowed to disembark this also affected a new set of passengers who were expected to set sail. Now back in the bay area, the coronavirus continues to spread and today, several new cases were announced in 2 counties.
