is causing a lot of delays.- vehicle. you might see some activity on that right shoulder or possibly the right lane as the clear that area. take a look at the rest of 101. it looks good. traffic is pretty light out of the south bay. bay bridge, you got a pretty significant backup. fast-track users are getting through with no problems. slow speeds at the bay bridge toll plaza. we will keep our eye on that and no delays on the 880 nimitz freeway. things look good there. san mateo bridge, i could start this morning. hayward to foster city. new video this morning as the california highway patrol investigates a shooting on a free weights on rep in oakland. it happened a little after 10:00 last night on the web from 23rd avenue to northbound interstate 880. a chp says one vehicle was struck by gunfire. no one was hurt. investigators are looking for a grey nissan pickup that maybe involved. the investigation shut down a lane of the free weight for a while. developing news. federal investigators will start looking into what caused a small plane crash that killed two people in twyla bee county. according to the federal aviation administration, the single engine cessna crashed just after 6:00 yesterday evening. the crash site is a field behind the home. so far, no word on the victim's identities or where the plane was headed. happening today, day two in the trial for the area. and it is not as cold as yesterday. don't get me wrong. it is chilly out there, so definitely bundle up. temperatures are a little bit warmer compared to the very cold temps yesterday to start san jose. and 38 for santa rosa. hem 2 to 11 degrees re change, warmer compared to yesterday at this time. let's check the visibility because along the coast, dealing with some thick fog, half moon bay down to a half- mile for the visibility this morning. so areas of fog as we start off the day. as we head through the afternoon, for the coast, looking at upper 30s, plenty of sunshine for the bay. low 60s and for internet locations, topping out in the mid to upper 60s as we head through the day. it is all because this strong ridge of high pressure building in for us. it will continue to move right over us and that is why we are looking at those warmer temperatures. and you can see the cloud cover well to our north, just sending the jet stream and stormtrack to our north and well away from us. so we definitely need the rain. it does not look like it is coming anytime soon. there is a possibility but next friday. it is a while away. we will have a better idea as we get closer to it. in the meantime, you can see plenty of sunshine and as we head through our afternoon. for tomorrow, we are looking at temperatures that are going to be even warmer compared to the today. so as we go through friday, we're going to warm up and then for the rest of the weekend, warm day saturday, but much cooler on sunday. so much cooler by later in the weekend as low pressure system drops a dry cold front. that was cool us down for our sunday. so very similar to last week when we had that cold front pushed through, dropping her temps. for today, daytime highs, above average for this time of
