This happened in oakland last night on 34th avenue. For the people taken to the hospital and at last check one is in serious condition, no word on a motive or any possible suspects. The man accused of killing a brother a 49ers quarterback c. J. Beathard is in custody. Yesterday police found Michael Mosley hiding out in a vacant home near nashville that he is charged with murder in the deaths of Clayton Beathard and claytons friend. In a tragic accident, a hiker died on Christmas Eve after five massive redwoods fell in muir woods. Park rangers say that the state on designated trails but wet weather led to the collapse. Southern california is slammed with wild weather, highway 33 closed down due to blowing snow with near whiteout conditions. It was the same situation on sfo over the grapevine. Im live in pleasanton, down the street on foothill road , a fatal car accident happened here last night, three teenagers are now dead, two others seriously injured. Two of the people who died were possibly brothers so we will get that confirmed. We are at the intersection of foothill road and castlewood. Pg e says this is a hard closure between castlewood and bern all. Chp has cleared out the closure because of pg e. The original call came in just before 10 last night as a car crashed into a powerful for the power pole was described as dangling at one point and when chp got here there were victims trapped inside the car. We are waiting to hear details from chp right now but obviously this is an incredibly sad tragic thing that happened christmas night, three teenagers dead and two others seriously injured. Theyre recovering now though. Again avoid the area if you can. Not too far from 680. 880 is doing okay. If you plan on going to northbound past the coliseum you should be good to go southbound no delays. Everything is clear to both directions.
