Reporter a neighbor saw someone lurking outside her house with a flashlight and called police who found the doe dead and the fawn died about an hour later. Mark dickinson was arrested for animal cruelty. This person was frustrated with the deer eating his vegetation. Its pretty concerning that was their only crime and they died a pretty slow death which was pretty heart breaking. Reporter a statement from mr.
