An oakland teen beaten by a Security Guard while in his wheelchair told the jury he hit him four times. This video was released last year of the scene. Police say a gun used to kill a woman on a San Francisco pier was stolen from a federal agent. Anne makovec is at the hall of justice with more on the latest twist in the case. Good morning, anne. Reporter good morning. The case that has brought the immigration debate once again front and center because it was an illegal immigrant that was controlling that gun during this case. We dont know if that murder suspect is the one that originally stole the gun. That gun was recovered in the bay near pier 14 after the shooting a week ago today and forensic technicians traced it back to a federal agency. We have heard it could be the bureau of land management. But we have not confirmed that information. That gun had been stolen though during a car burglary in downtown San Francisco last month and then was used last wednesday to kill 32yearold kate steinle on pier 14.
