Developing in fresno, a Police Manhunt under way right now after someone shot ten people, killing four of them at a back yard gathering. It happened l abot night and 35 people were gathered to watch sunday night football. So far, no update on the six people injured. Police say the shooter or shooters snuck into the back yard and opened fire. At this point they do not believe the victims were targeted but they have no idea we just dontw came up and shot several times on the backside of it. It looks like it was a target. We just dont know what the reason was. Police say there were children at the home but none were injured. The victims are said to be between the ages of 25 and 35 years old. Chris sanchez is in our newsroom following developments and shell have more at the top of the hour. Its possible by the middle of the week thousands of bay area homes and businesses may lose power again due to high fire danger. Thats the word from pg e which is now warning possible outages as soon as wednesday. Thats when potentially strong winds may return to the bay area. Pg e says up to 19 Northern California counties may experience shutoffs so far no final decision has been made. As soon as this morning the utility may start to notify customers. Right now three bay area counties could fill that impact. Were talking about napa, sonoma counties. Well have more during the 5 00 a. M. Hour. 4 33 right now and the east bay hills is not among the places in line to lose but with the fire danger picking up, volunteers did what they could over the weekend to help reduce fire risks. The father reportedly recorded the suspect touching the girl last week an the los alamitos trail. The arrest was made but the prosecutor may now be in line to face child endangerment charges. The das office has recused itself. It is 4 36. The owners of a San FranciscoIce Cream Store offering a reward to track down a vandal caught on video. The vandal can be seen using acid on the storefront and caused thousands of dollars in damage and then took photos of it with his phone. The shop is located in the mission. We are going to have a cooldown in store so enjoy outside today, low 70s in San Francisco, mid 70s in napa. Livermore will reach 78 and in san jose were up to about 75. We will have a cold front on the way and we can see it on the satellite imagery, the stream of clouds that will be moving closer to the bay area. As it does it will also cause our winds to increase and unfortunately that cold front will not bring any rain so its going to be gusty. As the winds turn offshore, therel be high fire danger warning for these areas shaded in blue. That includes elevations above 1,000 feet for the east bay hills as well as the north bay hills. We could see gusts reaching 50 to 60 Miles Per Hour. As we go throughout the forecast for the next couple of weeks, it still shows that much of the bay area from now leading into thanksgiving will not have much rain except for the north bay. These are two different computer models that still show very little rain for the bay area. We are also going to have gusty winds picking u on especially for those north bay and east bay hills. Then look at the cooldown well see. Were heading back to normal type weather temperaturewise going into the middle to end of this week. Upper 60s on the way. As we head back over to mike, you have an early crowd at the bay bridge. I thought maybe it was a burst of traffic but its been here for about 20 minutes and now were starting to see more traffic flowing through the fast track lanes. We had the early backup and we dont have one of those lanes open yet but that wont change too dramatically over the next 15 minutes as we open up those lanes.
