Gordon sondland have a moment in these hearings thatll be unknown to both sides if you will. I think thats going to be a pivotal moment. I dont know if the democrats met the high bar to say the president of what he did is to be disqualified to seek different term. They made their case. You should listen. There was close testimonies from david holmes, he heard a phone call between ambassador sondland and President Trump sitting a a cafe at lunch where he heard them talking about getting this deal with joe biden in burisma. Now what i am hearing through sources is the idea that this is not going to change the game. Theyre looking to see how the American Public react and response to this. A tragic night in the south bay, a child hit and killed by a train. The deadly crash happened in santa clara. Train service was halted for hours through the cor dhar lafayette and crosses over highway 101. While investigators try to determine what happened. Santa clara police say a 911 call came in about 4 20 yesterday afternoon saying a very young boy was walking on the train tracks. While officers were on their way there, a second 911 call came in saying the child had been struck by the train. Its extremely sad that this event happened. We are looking into how it happened, with regards to who had custody of this minor and how the minor got out of that custodial dwrar and out on the train tracks. The noorest apartments and homes to that area of the track were about a half mile away. Police tell us they have made contact with the family. Were learning more about the death of a palo alto city worker killed in an electrical accident, it happened near east meadow drive and middlefield road around 10 00 yesterday morning. The city says a fivemember utilities crew was upgrading a transformer when the incident occurred. They arent saying exactly what happened, just that the worker died at a hospital. A Fire Department honor guard has been posted at the hospital to pay tribute to the man. We know the name of the man who was shot and killed by a Police Officer in the south bay, the shooting happened last weekend during a traffic stop on highway 85 in san jose. The Santa Clara County coroner identifies the man as 29yearold andrew roberts. Police say officers pulled roberts out of the car and he lunged for a gun in his wristba wristband.
