The end of the year as the city tries to keep up with the increasing demand. San jose is going to grow more than San Francisco and oakland combined. The city gave the green light for the developer to build a highrise behind the tech museum for hotels and offices. The city is going to the next level and we are taking advantage of this current economic break. And a lot of flips. Imported for the silicon valley.
