Kingston Police have put out a call for donations to keep their mounted unit in the saddle.
The role of police horse Murney and her rider, Const. Sarah Groenewegen, with the force first came into question at the end of 2019 when the Kingston Police Services Board decided to cut the position in order to hire 10 new officers.
