A mutual aid situation is in place throughout the fire areas. That means local authorities as well as those with surrounding agencies are on patrol. The glass fire is the fourth major fire burned in the area since 2017. You can see here in red, where the glass fire is burning in sonoma and napa counties. This used to be the first building you saw when you were at the grounds of fair winds estate winery. Now it is just rubble.
