Deputies found the teen just lying on the sidewalk with gunshot wounds on market avenue near 5th street. So far no arrests have been made. There is now a 4,000 reward on the line to help figure out who is sending projectiles into vehicles. Its been happening along 101 in monterey county. At least 40 vehicles have been hit since february. That includes a school bus. The chp says it is not sure what the projectiles are. This is a sad start to the red kettle campaign. Thieves in Contra Costa County stole two kettles in three days. This map shows where the thefts happen. Last night at 6 00, power went out for three hours affecting terminals and security screenings. We spoke with one woman from oakland whose flight to dallas was canceled because of the outage. She had to rebook her flight for 6 00 this morning. Shes traveling with her 90yearold mother, her fiance and her dog. As soon as we got to security, the lights went out. We stood in line for three hours. And finally got up to things were finally working, and then our flight was canceled. We had to rebook for today. So far passengers we talked to this morning say the airport is busy but everything appears to be running smoothly. So thats good news for today. Thanksgiving travelers driving to lake tahoe, be ready for delays. High winds and heavy snow are blanketing the sierra, causing treacherous conditions on interstate 80 and highway 50. Last night interstate 80 was closed over Donner Summit for two hours. Chains are required on 80 and 50. All that snow will make for some great ski conditions this weekend. Outrage after police say this School Bus Driver was caught on camera drinking from a beer can with a bus full of kids. Police in aurora, illinois released this surveillance video. They say it shows the driver buying beer at a local Convenience Store during her morning route. A store clerk called and said they just sold beer to a woman and watched her get on to a school bus and drive away. Wow. Back on the bus police say the driver put the beer in a paper bag and started drinking from behind the wheel. You can see her doing it there. Remember, shes picking up Elementary School kids. Police say the 44yearold was fired from her job and then arrested and thank goodness none of the kids on the bus was hurt. Breaking news from the live desk. Three people are being treated for minor injuries right now. Kumasi . Thanks. In the north bay, concern about flash flooding in the kincade fire burn zone is easing as the storm passes. Sonoma county officials were worried that the rain might cause mud and rock slides. Residents were urged to use caution when driving through the area. The kincade fire burned 77,000 acres in october and destroyed nearly 400 structures. Say the emergency officials authorized about 8 million in disaster aid to help with recovery efforts. Cool, damp weather is helping firefighters get the upper hand on a blaze burning north of sbaanta barbara this video shows firefighters driving down highway 154 as flames are on both sides of the road. Crews aided by air drops are keeping the flames away from hundreds of homes. The fire has burned about 4300 acres of forestland and it is 10 contained. About 1,000 people are still evacuated.
