Officer shot at dosouqi who alleged drove towards them as they were treating 31yearold John Pekipaki who was screaming for help after being stabbed. He died on scene. Pekipakis family says he was a tow truck driver called out to tow a vehicle in that area. The first stapping happened late monday night. The victim 32yearold abdulmalek nasher. His family says he was called out to the area possibly to pick up or drop off a passenger. They also believe nasher may have known dosouqi. Dosouqi allegedly attacked both men in a rural part of San Mateo County. This is an on going investigation. The Sheriffs Department is still trying to determine a motive and if these two stabbings were linked. Dosouqi has his First Court Appearance on monday.
