The name of the victim hasnt been released but flowers have been left at the shooting scene for man killed blocks away from his home. Neighbors take flowers and food to the home of a grieving family. From what i heard is that the gentleman had thrown a cup of ice at him and said slow down but they so happened to make a round around the block and came back and shot him. The Sheriffs Department confirms it is looking for a newer gray Dodge Challenger or ford mustang and red mitsubishi eclipse.
