Kelly Clarkson's estranged husband has denied trying to defraud her
The 'Because of You' hitmaker filed legal documents with the California Labour Commission in October in which she alleged Brandon Blackstock and his father Narvel's company, Starstruck Management Group, had charged her outlandish fees during her 13 years with the firm and also accused the firm of violating California Labor Code and charging exorbitant commission fees

And now Brandon has filed a formal response, in which Startstruck Management have denied all the allegations and purported causes of action.
They insisted that, despite claims in Kelly's filing, they are not subject to regulation under the Talent Agencies Act because they didn't carry out their duties in California and insisted the 'Breakaway' singer isn't entitled to any relief.
