A girl arrested as a juvenile in a drug-related homicide and later indicted on a first-degree murder and other charges had her $500,000 bond sharply reduced on Tuesday.
Ninth Judicial District Court Judge Greg Beard granted the motion and set bail for Kaitlyn Leeann Carlino, 17, at $25,000 just days before her 18th birthday. Jail booking information does not show up for Carlino on the Rapides Parish Sheriff's Office website.
