Justices Pass on Contractor Immunity Claim in Kabul Crash Suit

An air traffic control contractor’s argument that it is immune from a lawsuit alleging it caused a civilian cargo plane to crash in Afghanistan in 2010 will not be reviewed by the US Supreme Court, the justices announced Monday.
