A Herndon man convicted in December of brandishing handgun at a busy Bealeton intersection will get another chance to make his case in court.
After an hour-long trial Dec. 18 in Fauquier County General District Court, Judge J. Gregory Ashwell sentenced Nehemia Javier Yeshurun, 33, to a year in jail and suspended all but two months for the misdemeanor charge.
