âI love being able to take a whole, entire animal and break it down into usable parts and pieces,â explained Mrs. Luhowiak, who with husband Derek co-owns The Whole Ox, a custom butchery at 8357 W. Main St. in the Northern Fauquier village. âWeâre really using absolutely everything â every little piece of the animal.â

Won Yong Jung, 62, of Duluth, Ga., remains incarcerated without bond and next will appear in court here June 10.

âWhen I was a child, I remember hearing about it,â recalled Tom Conrath, 30. âI donât believe I actually saw the store myself, or recognized it for what it was, but I always wanted one within walking distance.â
