Judge upset over plea agreement in shooting death of 3-year-old Sacramento girl

Azalya Anderson was only 3 years old on the night of Sept. 11, 2018. She was inside her Della Circle home near 68th Avenue and Power Inn Road in Sacramento when a bullet hit her in the head.
