Judge denies Justice effort to avoid $300M debt |

Martinsville, Virginia Circuit Court Judge Carter Greer denied motions by Gov. Jim Justice, his wife Cathy Justice and his son Jay Justice to set aside confessions of judgment admitting to over $300 million in debt to a Virginia-based bank, Carter Bank & Trust. The Justices signed documents that make them liable for just over $300 million in debt.
