Blood, presumed to be Davis', was found in Mack's Cliffside Drive residence, according to court documents.
A $1 million cash and personal recognizance bond was set by Magistrate John McCollister of Mansfield Municipal Court.
Mack, 43, was arrested without incident Thursday evening by Mansfield police who had received a tip that the suspect was in the area of East First and South Adams streets.
A warrant for Mack's arrest had been issued Feb. 26, the day after Davis was last seen driving her black 2013 Volkswagen Jetta near Shelby High School, according to police.
Davis, 33, was believed to have been headed to Mansfield to make contact with Mack on the morning she disappeared.
