Spoiler alert: This chapter of the Jersey City Free Public Library story ends with the director quitting to take a similar post in his Ohio hometown.
Dayton, Ohio officials announced Jeffrey Trzeciak as the new library director there on Tuesday after serving 15 months as head of the Jersey City library system. Trzeciak replaced Priscilla Gardner, who the main branch is named for after her 17 years as director.
