Four people were killed and 17 others were injured in an Israeli airstrike on Al-Aqsa hospital in Gaza, said WHO chief Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus, in a post on X.

The air strike was reported by a World Health Organisation team which was present at the hospital to look into the needs and collect incubators required for the north of Gaza, Ghebreyesus wrote, adding, "WHO staff are all accounted for."
