To become the next us president have finally met and finally debated. Donald trump and Kamala Harris strode the stage in the Swing State of pennsylvania, for what turned out to be a fierce clash with claims, many of them false, hurled in each direction. Topics included the economy, abortion and immigration. It was a Prime Time showdown which often turned personal. We have been monitoring the Opinion Polls as the pollsters try to track how the two fared, but both candidates and the campaigns are claiming that they came out best. We dont know how many, but us diplomats were told only us diplomats were evacuated from from the embassy because the ongoing civil unrest in haiti, Gang Violence that is essentially brought that country to a standstill, has made it too dangerous to have the embassy fully staffed.
