His lawyer Datuk Salehuddin Saidin told The Star that the former Negri Sembilan mentri besar filed the notice through e-filing on Thursday (Feb 4) and paid RM700,000 in increased bail as ordered by the High Court.
Isa was seen leaving the Criminal High Court registry counter and the court complex here just before 2pm.
On Wednesday (Feb 3), Justice Mohd Nazlan Mohd Ghazali convicted him of nine counts of dishonestly receiving gratification for himself, totalling RM3,090,000 in cash, for helping to approve the purchase of a hotel by Felda Investment Corporation for RM160mil.
