Productivity hasn’t fallen significantly, while flexibility in our day-to-day working lives is the new trend. We’ve seen the news of big-named brands and their long-term strategy for remote working. Grant Thornton UK announced that its employees wanted to spend less than half of the working week in the office post-Covid, just one week after PwC announced that its staff would spend between two and three days a week in the office as part of a hybrid model.
