Industry Beans opens cafe-roastery at Chadstone while change brews at Fitzroy HQ

Industry Beans owners Trevor and Steve Simmons have opened a 100-seat cafe and coffee roastery at Chadstone Shopping Centre, while announcing that their 10-year-old Fitzroy cafe will move up the road to 70-76 Westgarth Street, Fitzroy, in mid-June.
The new Chadstone branch opened on April 15 and is their third combined cafe and roastery (there's another in Brisbane). The brothers also have cafes in Melbourne, Brisbane and Sydney.
Designed by architects March Studio, Industry Beans Chadstone is housed in a glass box attached to the main shopping centre at the Tiffany and Co entrance. It's open daily and, unlike Fitzroy, offers dinner from Thursday to Saturday, and booze.
