Industry Beans opens cafe-roastery at Chadstone while change brews at Fitzroy HQ

Industry Beans owners Trevor and Steve Simmons have opened a 100-seat cafe and coffee roastery at Chadstone Shopping Centre, while announcing that their 10-year-old Fitzroy cafe will move up the road to 70-76 Westgarth Street, Fitzroy, in mid-June.
The new Chadstone branch opened on April 15 and is their third combined cafe and roastery (there s another in Brisbane). The brothers also have cafes in Melbourne, Brisbane and Sydney.
Designed by architects March Studio, Industry Beans Chadstone is housed in a glass box attached to the main shopping centre at the Tiffany and Co entrance. It s open daily and, unlike Fitzroy, offers dinner from Thursday to Saturday, and booze.
