Officers said they found a straight up verbal argument between family members, no weapons, no assaults, no threats. So they left.
A few hours later, police said, John A. Miller, 78, of East Pennsboro Township, killed his daughter and critically injured his wife. He is in police custody and has been charged with criminal homicide, attempted criminal homicide, aggravated assault and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
