When eight-year-old Agam Singh was a student at Sydney Children’s Hospital for nearly all of last year while undergoing treatment for cancer, his music therapist, Matt, asked him for help.
Matt wanted to form a rap group. But he needed Agam’s skills.
Agam could be shy sometimes, but his teacher said when someone needed help he would always come through. So he came up with the name Candy Rappers (get the pun?) and started helping his friend Matt with some rhymes and beats.
