The federal disclosure scheme is not working. We have become a nation of shruggers. Politicians shrug off this and their lack of integrity and accountability. Voters shrug this off as they know that is just what politicians do. Enough of shrugging. We want changes to this system and perhaps action on the problems of climate change will happen. Matt wanted to form a rap group. But he needed Agam’s skills. Agam could be shy sometimes, but his teacher said when someone needed help he would always come through. So he came up with the name Candy Rappers (get the pun?) and started helping his friend Matt with some rhymes and beats.
