Police chief warns public to be 'very careful about going out alone' as officers continue hunt for PCSO Julia James' killer a week after she was bludgeoned to death - as family ask well-wishers to hold doorstep vigil at 7pm tonight
Julia's daughter Bethan Coles said people should light a candle at 7pm and place on their doorsteps tonight
