How Nigerian Government Awarded Lagos-Calabar Coastal Highway To Tinubu's Lebanese Ally Accused Of Terrorism, Drug Dealings In US; Linked To Abacha Stolen Funds

The multi-billion-naira firm awarded the construction of the Lagos-Calabar Coastal Highway, Hitech Road Construction Company, a subsidiary of Hitech Construction Company is owned by a Nigerian-Lebanese developer with alleged criminal records, Gilbert Chagoury. The Nigerian government recently unveiled the plan for the construction of the Lagos-Calabar coastal highway. According to David Umahi, the Minister of Works, Hitech Construction will fund the project under the Public-Private Partnership (PPP) model.
