HOUGHTON LAKE, MI -- The popular Tip-Up Town USA festival in Houghton Lake has been postponed by more than month due to ongoing restrictions revolving around the COVID-19 pandemic. According to the Associated Press, the festival will now take place on the weekend of Feb. 27-28, instead of the previously announced weekend of Jan. 16-17.
