HOLYOKE — Two months after Mayor Alex B. Morse announced he would not seek reelection, he has been named town manager of Provincetown.
In an initial polling of the five members of the Select Board, four cited Morse’s experience and his focus on diversity and inclusion as the reason for their selection. The group then voted 5-0 to select Morse in a meeting Thursday.
